What is OneLogin?

According to the vendor, OneLogin simplifies identity management with secure, one-click access, for employees, customers and partners, through all device types, to all enterprise cloud and on-premises applications.

OneLogin enables IT identity policy enforcement and instantly disables app access for employees who leave or change roles in real time by removing them from Active Directory. Companies can take control of application access, quickly on- and off-board team members, and provide end-users with easy access to all their apps on every device.

The vendor aims to help companies eliminate the pain and expense of extensive identity policy management. The vendor promises that OneLogin reduces identity infrastructure costs and complex integration project for each new app and efficiently extends identity policy to the cloud.

OneLogin eliminates the need for lengthy integration and provisioning projects, manual de-provisioning, protracted on- and off-boarding processes, username, and password resets, and Shadow IT policing.

OneLogin works very well and is supported almost universally. As I am writing this review, I have not had any issues using OneLogin. The system is easy to understand and setup. Once it is setup, it becomes almost trivial to authorize secure remote access. Using OneLogin, makes setting up secure access incredibly simple, that we have yet to need any customer support.

Really poor customer service practices. Took a week to get a response to a ticket. When asked about this no accountability was taken but rather blame passed on repeatedly.

There has never been an issue where I have needed to use the OneLogin support so it would be unfair to rate them anything other than a 10 on their ability to provide support. Like I said its a very basic platform that we use it for with no issues.

There isn't much I would give a 10, but it's definitely useful. I highly suggest it for any B2B sales organizations that are using multiple platforms on a day to day basis. Having my salesforce, Talkdesk, etc all in one place where I need it is extremely helpful.
