Perfect Partner for our Workday Solution
OneSource Virtual is the perfect partner for our Payroll/HR/Benefits department utilizing Workday. From the initial implementation to our ongoing administrative services for benefits, tax filing, garnishments, and as needed AMS services, we feel OneSource Virtual is an extension of our team.
- Assist configuration in the tenant for areas we cannot manage internally.
- Settle payroll timely and effectively.
- Manage tax filing effectively which is a very tedious task.
- Assist open enrollment configuration and process.
- Would like to see less emails for the ticketing status.
- Would like to see improvement in the reporting in the tax portal. Has had some advancements, but still not extremely helpful source of reconciling details.
- OneSource Virtual has reduced the administrative time and staff requirement for benefits, payroll, and garnishment, therefore reducing headcount and associated costs.
- OneSource Virtual improves the efficiency of the payroll and benefits function.
- OneSource Virtual adds value by sourcing Workday knowledge and functional expertise.
We have only used or considered OneSource Virtual in the due diligence process for implementing Workday.

OneSource Virtual is a great partner
OneSource Virtual is our professional tax services partner. They are invaluable to ensure that our payroll tax processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner for all jurisdictions. They are able to quickly follow up on any inquiries from jurisdiction and ensure that our accounts are balanced and accurate. We also use OneSource Virtual as an AMS vendor providing support to our projects when our internal team does not have the capacity or expertise to take on a new project. Their thorough and accurate work is always according to our guidelines and they complete tasks in a timely manner. They are a true partner ensuring that we are successful.

When we were evaluating OneSource Virtual for Tax processing we also reviewed our options with ADP. We made the decision to go with OneSource Virtual because they offer the flexibility to be able to support our overall Workday payroll processes (and honestly the entire system) if we need their assistance. ADP only offered payroll tax processing support.
To the best of my knowledge OneSource Virtual does not have premium support. If they do, I know we did not purchase it and their support is amazing. We are able to open cases and always get excellent response. Obviously some items take longer to resolve (especially it seems when they have to work with other agencies) BUT our reps at OneSource Virtual keep us informed every step of the way.

There have been multiple times in our relationship with OneSource Virtual that they have provided exceptional support. One specific instance was when I made a mistake that caused some incorrect information to be provided to the state as a part of the quarterly filing process. It took several areas of expertise at OneSource Virtual, but they helped me correct my mistake (and ensure I did not make a larger one) and also worked with the appropriate agency to determine the best way to correct the issue with them. It was really nice to be able to have back up to fix a mistake and work to make it less stressful.
