  • Its benefits outweigh the cost we pay comprehensively. Our clients are happy, as now business doesn't get impacted due to documentation delays.
  • Internal departments have become more efficient and the audit process has become far more streamlined as well.

  • It has helped reduce the turn around times for our documents and contracts to be signed. This helps us to start client campaigns earlier and hence generate additional revenue earlier
  • Our internal approval workflows have also become more efficient being a global organization with stakeholders across the globe
  • People are able to sign documents on the go which further improves the turn around time as people can even sign documents while traveling or out of office

  • It saves me time.
  • It gives someone time to look at a document without me standing there waiting for it back.
  • Communicating through this program is also easy. Being able to reply to the document sender or receiver is just an email link away!

  • In our use case the product was already recommended and approved by our financial institution. The question was just to decide if the annual cost was appropriate for the volume of documents required by our business processes. We have been using the product for one year so far and we can tell the price is fine for the final solution that is running on our production servers.

  • Scholarship intake took much less time this year. It saved me days in working hours by moving to this system. There were a few aspects that were lacking, and that's why we're looking at our IS team developing an internal form this year.
