ONLYOFFICE Workspace is a cloud-based office suite offered as SaaS or on-premises solution. It includes collaborative editors for text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (ONLYOFFICE Docs) and a collaboration platform (ONLYOFFICE Groups) that combines document management system, project management module, CRM, mail server and mail aggregator, calendars, user management system, and communication tools (online chat, blogs, forums, and wiki).

Third-party apps like DocuSign, Twilio, DropBox, Google, Facebook, and others can be integrated into ONLYOFFICE to extend its functionality.

ONLYOFFICE mobile apps connectable to the cloud include mobile document editors ONLYOFFICE Documents and project management app ONLYOFFICE Projects. Both applications are available for iOS and Android.

ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors is a desktop document processing application for Windows, macOS, and Linux (and derivatives) for working offline and in the cloud. The clouds available for ready integration are ONLYOFFICE cloud, Nextcloud, ownCloud, and Seafile, and custom integration is possible using API.
