Use Cases and Deployment Scope

OnShift is our basic scheduling tool for our agents and other team leaders and quality and all departments. Schedulers and managers use OnShift to communicate via text with employees, to communicate open shifts, and to manage callouts. We also use OnShift for Payroll-Based days working, whereby staffing hours are reported, regulation, more than help full on that.

Pros

  • Scheduling and creating, managing, modifying schedules.
  • Payroll and easy to enter numbers, download CVS and calculating the agents salary.
  • Send mass texts to employees as needed.

Cons

  • Easily filling shifts.
  • Downloading schedules to an Excel file or spreadsheet that is easy for employees to read.
  • Let the agents get know better as sending a samples.

the payroll benefit of this program OnShift is one of the industry-leading technologies in my personal opinion. it offers such great features and makes payroll processing such a breeze and the data entry is an awesome feature as well. there are so many benefits that make it a very seamless interface program and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good payroll tool for your company. I personally love this product because it makes doing payroll and keeping track of everything very organized all in one place saving time and energy

I am working with Healthcare client and for them Onshift is one of the best software to maintain their work life balance. It focuses on improving daily lives of their healthcare employees and brings out the best in them which overall increases the productivity. It focuses on re-defining the employees experience and improving it in the best way.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were trained on this software for the possible use at managing our taskforce in an specific proyect, the interface its very user friendly, most of the information its on real time, we were able to make the proper schedule of work times without any issue whatsoever, the limit is the one that the nain user will give it.
The design feels young and fresh, it dosnt feel barebones like other softwares in the market, what i liked most is how detailed and clear its all the information on screen but thats my personal opinion, the main reason why it was assigned for our project was because how easy was to understand the main function and that was the overall opinion of most of the people on training.
The above was very important as let us have an easy supervision of the taskforce without much trouble.
