It is a complete document management system enabling holistic content management - from searching and storing to organising. It is easy to integrate with other platforms and applications, like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook emails).

OpenText offers a complete document management suite that allows me to search, retrieve, store, and organize documents in the cloud. It helps me get my day-to-day tasks done in minutes, allowing me to focus on other, more important things at work. With OpenText, I can integrate with various platforms and cloud platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Office 365, Google Docs, or Microsoft Azure. I really appreciate using this tool.

On a daily basis, one of the features of the OpenText tool that I like and appreciate the most is related to the user interface. Sometimes it can seem a little confusing, but it is very customizable which gives me the freedom to adjust and configure it as I prefer. OpenText helps me in the management and organization of documents, simplifying my day-to-day, and with the ease of managing content anywhere via the cloud.

Although I occasionally use other document managers, OpenText remains my favorite, as it does an excellent job of managing content and documents in a variety of scenarios. And also integration with the cloud is essential nowadays. The other tools don't integrate the interface and the document search so well. And for that, I prefer to just use OpenText which already provides me with all these options.
