As Optimized Sales & Marketing is a Cloud-based marketing application, we integrated this into our mailing system. We Automate our marketing mail which we generally send manually. With the help of this, we also organized some marketing campaigns and saw an increase in our sales number. Earlier for this job role, we use 3-4 manpower but now we have reduced that as well.
  • They doesn't charge any setup fee.
  • Easily integration process with our system.
  • Raising ticket for any query and the detailed support response.
  • Integrating their signup forms over any website is easy but on some CRM sites, it is difficult.
When it comes to collect user's information such as their emails, name and phone number, this helped a lot.
  • It can predict which opportunity can win or loss.
  • According to its pricing structure and the feature they are offering, I guess that is worth using this.
