Tickable tasks make it really easy to know where we're at with each specific piece of content and who is needed at any one time. The quick jump-in editing makes it easy to either make tracked changes or quickly change something minor. The fact that you can highlight text and add a comment to it is really helpful in day-to-day

Tasks and workflows, and the ability to standardize these processes and provide clear checkboxes and standards in the steps. Clear and automated approvals and the speed to move processes to the next stakeholder without relying on email or Teams messaging. The workflow steps are a key part of our process now. Creating the accountability for someone to take action ensures that things don’t get lost in communication.

The asset library is another substantial benefit to our business. Having approved assets available to other teams around the world reduces the need for email requests.

Hands down the tagging and commenting. Easy way for us to keep a record of what's going on with each project. The ability to set different views is great. Filters are pretty good - I'd like to have some additional functionality there but happy with what's available. Reporting can be clunky but improvements happen often.

It's extremely easy to create new assignments and attach documents or links that people can click on for more information. I've primarily created new assignments or worked within assignments. It's nice because you can see who checks off their step and it's pretty fun to be able to check on your own too once you're done.

For my team it's all about email scheduling. We translate our complicated excel down to tasks individual team members are expected to manage in our marketing automation system. Those tasks then alert other parties as to our needs in order to hit our delivery schedule which feeds our lead gen email activities. Without this there would be lots of confusion and mistakes.

I mainly benefit from the use of making sure that the content I may need to keep offline is up to date, content upload date, content downloads made, etc. While my specific team don't use Optimizely for Marketing content rather than legal docs to be used with external parties, I have heard nothing but good feedback from other teams.
