I have had positive experiences with Dyn support and have had my issues resolved in a short timeframe (usually less than a day for even low priority tickets). While not always able to help with my requests, the answer always comes quickly and thoroughly.

Before Oracle took over Dyn, when I called support I always got a human to pick up, answer the phone, and always got my issues fixed in one phone call. My first time calling Oracle Dyn, I got an answering machine that said this is now Oracle, please leave a message and someone will get back to you.

I have never used their support so I cannot comment on this. From what I understand from others who have used their support is that they do a great job and are incredibly responsive. Our company works with many vendors and a lot of them have had issues over the years. Dyn is one that hasn't had any issues.

My single contact with the support team was in regard to a special kind of DNS record that was required for our Salesforce deployment and CDN. The support team was knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to enable the feature that I needed with little to no resistance. It was easy to work with them and I got what I needed in short order.

The one time I had to call Dyn support they at first seemed to want to help, but then I was asked to try something and call back after that. When I called support again I was directed to someone else who was not familiar with my problem and I had to explain some parts of the problem all over again. It would be nice to be able to talk to the same person each time I call to discuss the same problem.

We've had relatively little need to engage with Dyn support (a testament to the stability of the platform, for sure), but when we have we've found them knowledgeable and helpful; no real concerns there.

I have rarely needed to interface with the Dyn team on issues because I have not encountered many problems at all with their service or options. When I have interfaced with the team, they've been extremely quick to respond, are knowledgeable about their platform and my questions, and very happy to help.

The few times I've had to contact DYN support, they have been quick to respond and provided what I needed to fix my issue. Too often you get replies from support reps who just glance at your email, send you a link to go look at a knowledge base article and hope that fixes your issue. I get a follow up from them once my issues is addressed to ensure I am happy, which is a nice touch.
