The free support is nonexistent, but that said, Oracle Linux is so close to CentOS that if your sysadmins have a solid knowledge of RHEL or Centos, they should not need the support. Oracle's paid support options are aggressively pushed to customers (and so the lower rating), although you can opt-out from these sales calls, and they will mark your record as such.

Every time my team needed support for Oracle Linux, it was promptly attended by highly skilled professionals, and the answers to the problems were all very accurate, which helped us a lot in solving the problems we had.

The humungous support followed by Knowledge articles, playbooks, and Community makes an exciting product to be with. Apart from the support plans. The response time is also very good. I have experienced friendly support engineers that helped me come out of big production issues with their swift response and help. Way to Go !! Cheers.

The ease of use, highly available server, and speed make it shine across its competitors. The huge community and the oracle support engineer are the best in what they do and they help us achieve the desired state of the IT infrastructure as required by my organisation. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the value brought in by the use of Oracle Linux in our company.

Oracle Linux response is quite slow, taking days to weeks for a resolution. Oftentimes, the feedback is unhelpful, and no resolution is provided but only recommendations. The support and technical documentation have room for improvement.

One of the most robust Linux distributions is Redhat, its forks have given rise to infinite business models and distributions that have defined the market. Oracle Linux, obviously developed by the tech giant Oracle, is constantly releasing a flexible and incredibly stable product while adding its own bunch of new features. Among the most notable is the "Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel" (UEK).

Quick & [on-point] response is what I would say for the support team. There hasn’t been trouble ever since we get in touch with them and ask for help for any major or minor trouble we have been facing. Moreover, the team is very accurate with their solutions and detailed orientated. With such [a] high-performance application and agile environment, a team as such is great at hand.

Using Oracle Linux until now we didn't get any issue, that means we didn't raise any SR to Oracle regarding OS issues for out environment, with Windows we face several problems such that I can't describe all here.
