- Centralization for an abundance of business processes has reduced the amount of "moving parts" in our workflow. Less employees and less time wasted in troubleshooting multiple different products to work with each other.
- There was a significant burden on the company budget (as with most of Oracle's products), but we are expecting great returns based on its successful implementation.
- We have experienced significant decreases in the amount of money we spend on buying resources from our suppliers. Only buying what we need, and avoiding excess.
We love PeopleSoft FSCM
- This has been a great product for tracking financials.

- Able to close books and report on time.
- Due to asset load and retirement, we are able to perform AM related activities at ease.

- I would like to see more people using this product so that we can get a better return on investment. It is a good start that 20% of the employee pool is using this product occasionally. I would like to send reminders to employees to check this out more often and remind them what benefits we provide.

My experiences with PeopleSoft Financials.
- One of the positive impacts has been the faster close process. Accounting team is able to close books faster than the usual.
- Another positive impact is on turning around procurement. Because of three way match, we get less exceptions and never over pay vendors.
- The only negative thing is paying high cost of maintenance. If we don't have the latest version, the software doesn't help and to keep it latest we are paying high maintenance cost.

Can't wait to check out new PeopleSoft features ~
- We stopped using the REQ/PO features directly within PeopleSoft and went with an integrated UI front end - the previous PeopleSoft resulted in many complaints from our end users. For example, before the tiles came around, there was too much clicking and navigating took too long as opposed to being easily available. Our end users often say, "It's not like Amazon."
- Having multiple systems also creates confusion and negative impact on our end users - having a more streamlined system that is user-friendly would be great.

Solid Tool for Large Organization
- Positive is the centralized means to order and request purchases throughout the organization.
- Negative is the ordering department typically has less control over delivery, and unless requested does not have a means to track shipment or learn of potential delays.
- When ordering through eProcurement you are at the mercy for processing speed of a the purchasing or controlling department. Some 24 hours sales or discount codes often go to waste due to the time the request is submitted and goes to purchase.
