  • We did not see much negative impact. Moving some of the modules to Peoplesoft shows us some positive impact like reducing manual and paperwork that our company used to invest in. After PeopleSoft implementation, a lot of manual work has been cut down. For example, employee onboarding.

  • Due to the larger infrastructure footprint, the ROI can be impacted based on customization done on the product.
  • With the launch of Oracle HCM cloud, there should be an easier transition available for PeopleSoft customers to move to the cloud.
