We have installed Oracle WMS Cloud for inventory management of our various warehouses. By optimization, the supply chain optimized the stock/inventory level to the minimum for cost reduction. Paperwork and manpower requirement has been reduced by utilization its supply-chain analytics. material requisitions, Dispatch, and Receiving reports, stock audits are all now synchronized and available at one dashboard.
  • Material requisitions
  • Dispatch
  • Receiving reports
  • Stock audits
  • It takes a long time to implement, took us almost a year.
  • Real-time inventory API is not present, which is an intense need in the e-commerce market for order placement.
  • It took time for big amount of data
Easy to implement, easy to operate, it must expand its portfolio options to be able to operate all the logistics processes of the warehouses.
  • It helps us having to control the operations in the warehouse.
  • This software enables us to maximize our work and space utilization and equipment investments.
  • With this software I have a complete view of my stock, reducing risks and improving performance.
  • It will give us optimized the stock/inventory level to the minimum for cost reduction.
  • Optimization in Supply Chain and Reduced Work Load and paper work for employees
  • Cost Effective during further procurement of inventory
  • Difficult for a new user to use it without proper training.
We are using these services in our warehouses for managing all our inventory and warehouses for almost 11 years now. With the help of this tool, we were able to track our inventory status more accurately and get a timely update if the inventory is low. It is highly flexible you can easily add new product information or change some information. The interface is very easy to use

It's being used by the whole organization, and we use it to manage our warehouse. Our company has more than a line of business, we manage more than 600 stores, between small and big supermarkets. We use it in order to manage the inventory or replenishments.
  • Manage a lot of information - we manage 600+ stores of various sizes with millions of products across them to manage. Oracle Warehouse Management cloud is able to handle all our data.
  • It has a lot of parametrization inside - when we add a new store, we are able to do so easily, no matter its size.
  • It's flexible - adding new information, stores, or changing information is easy to do.
  • It's scalable - again, as we add or change stores, we are able to do so with this software.
  • The support is still poor.
  • Improve SLAs - it takes a lot of time to resolve our problems. Sometimes, things aren't completed in the way we need.
  • Improve hardware.
We use Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud to manage warehouses from small to big based on configuration the software we can manage multiple business functions like to create new flows of buying. I supposed where it is less appropriate would be when your business has a lot of customization inside, because this kind of tool does not fit in it.
  • Positive: reduce cost.
  • Negative: a fail produce stock breaks.
  • Positive: productivity.
We managed Logfire before, then Oracle bought that company and it became Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud. After that we used it, and it is the same software. However, we have a lots of problems with the support. We suggest Oracle improves support and this hardware that supports this tool because in some cases we have delays while we use it.
Because is slow, they don't know much and take a lot of time to resolve something.

We deployed Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud a couple of months ago, and since deploying in one department, we are in the process of implementing Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud in our whole organization, which will completed by the end of this year.

We chose to deploy Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud for our e-commerce domain. Since the deployment, we have been managing our warehouse so well. We have been using a complete ERP from Oracle. Thus, we have integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud with Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, which reduced our manned power as well as manual working. Before that, we had multiple team members who manually maintained records and processed payments, but since we opted for Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, all the operations works is done by system checks automatically.
  • Tracking of individual items from Inbound to Outbound
  • Easy allocation of items to orders
  • Dispatch of items to 3PLs
  • Return Merchant Authorization and Return to Vendor process automation
  • Cycle counting - counting of available items on a certain time period
  • Placement of items at their proper/allocated location in Warehouse
  • We can enter manual entries into Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud and all manual entries do not have proper control.
  • It performs slow when it must extract the data in large amounts.
  • Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud doesn’t maintain sales return entries because it’s not an order management system. In order to use this feature, we need to configure or deploy another solution, which is Order Management System. We cannot consider it as a demerit of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud but for a single feature, we cannot deploy another module. .
Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud is better to use for inventory management or warehouse management only. It does not give you all the features that Oracle offers in its Order Management System. So before opting for an ERP for your organization, I would say to take expert advice.
  • We have reduced our manned power.
  • Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud helped us to increase our productivity by system automation.
  • We are managing our warehouse operations in a large numbers.
We didn't use or evaluate any other product for our Warehouse operations. Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud was the first one which we evaluated and deployed.
