Otter connects all of the services that help run a restaurant, simplifying daily tasks. The Otter Restaurant Operating System, a data aggregation solution, keeps menus in one place, produces seamless storefront connections, allows restaurants to auto-accept orders, and provides a single, actionable source of truth for data. Otter integrates with nearly all 3rd-party delivery services, loyalty, labor & inventory partners, and payments platforms.

At core is the Otter Order Manager, which enables managing online orders across all delivery apps, adjust prep time on the fly, and enter manual orders into the queue from one place. This is of particular use to restaurants that receive orders through many different channels, e.g. for delivery orders.
