In our Human Resources department we implemented Harver toOptimize different recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. This platform is easy for everyone to use, offers great features like job posting, screening, candidate matching, video interview scheduling, plus provides accurate applicant data.It can be integrated with various Applicant Tracking Platforms (ATS), such as TalentSoft, iCIMS, Taleo, and others, depending on the preferences of other stakeholders.
  • They provide accurate candidate data.
  • Facilitates hiring decisions.
  • I can conduct video interviews.
  • Integrates with the following applications: Connexys Recruiting Software, Jobvite, SmartRecruiters, TalentSoft, etc.
  • Limited integrations.
  • Direct integration with LMS platforms.
  • Lack of customization.
  • Harver is expensive.
Harver is a unique and efficient talent matching platform, this platform helps HR departments to easily identify the best talent for our open positions.
Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.
  • Application process.
  • Video interviews.
  • The "VideoPitch" function is a great option to better project a job opportunity.
  • Video presentations and interviews can be recorded
  • First, Harver helps streamline each hiring process, reducing the time and effort required to find the right candidate for each available position.
  • Second, it allows us to easily track and manage candidate data such as skills, experience, etc.
  • Third, it is affordable in terms of payments.
Harver vs. GoodHire:They are efficient platforms, easy to use, offer resume evaluation tools, selection tests, candidate evaluations, etc. Harver offers great options like video interviews, which can be easily recorded and shared.
One big difference between the two platforms is that Harver offers internal collaboration and candidate experience evaluation tools, while GoodHire focuses on background checks.

We use OutMatch in our recruiting department. All candidates that are being considered for several of our positions take an assessment to determine if they would be a good match for our company and the position that they are applying for.
  • Reporting the results
  • Having a very user - friendly website
  • Easy to read results that are well explained
  • Having an option for other languages
  • Have more job specific assessments
We have had some trouble actually get in touch with a person or account rep when we have questions about certain results.
  • Being able to email the assessments
  • Having the capability to re-send assessments if needed
  • Quick notification of completion
  • We have been able to find more qualified candidates
  • We know a little more about the candidates prior to sending them for a more extensive interview
I've been with the company for 6 years and we have always used OutMatch so I don't really have anything to compare to

We utilized OutMatch as an initial screening tool for applicants to our virtual training programs. It was a way for us to establish a minimum baseline to ensure that applicants would have the aptitude, and follow-through, to successfully complete the program. With thousands of applicants across the US, we needed an automated step in the process that still provided meaningful information.
  • Clear reports and scoring
  • Ability to customize tests
  • Ease of use
  • customize dashboards
It was a solid screening tool for our rapidly growing nonprofit learning programs. I would potentially use it to screen for employee applications but have not done this before. Knowing the dropoff that we have seen with video interview requests, I would have to think about adding it as a step to our standard hiring process, but I can see how it would be valuable for certain roles.
  • Solid reports
  • Ease of use for admins
  • Ease of use for users
  • It made it easy to screen applicants
I have not used any other competitor products.

Outmatch online referencing tool has been a great addition to our talent tech Stack. The tool is easy to use and the reference reports has allowed us to move from 2 references at the end of the recruitment process to collecting 5+ references earlier in the recruitment piece, thus allowing us to have better insight into the applicant and being able to tailor our interviews to questions that arise from the references.

We have also seen a hirer retention rate of employees who have undertaken Outmatch references compared to those who have had verbal references.

The references are in an easy-to-read format and the candidate sourcing database has added to our candidate attraction pool.

  • Opt In/Out for referees to be in our sourcing database.
  • Increased number of references per applicant, giving a better assessment of the applicant.
  • Reduction in time it takes to collect references.
  • Better quality of hire.
  • Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.
