What is Owler?

Owler Pro helps users find new prospects, research accounts, and personalize your outreach with real-time news tracking for the companies in a pipeline. The tool boasts data on 14 million companies, and tracking for over 180,000 news events. Advanced Search enables users to to filter by industry, sector, location, and annual revenue. The service includes real-time breaking news alerts for all customers and prospects so as to never be caught off guard.

Owler entered into an agreement to be acquired by Meltwater in June 2021. Owler will become a Meltwater brand.

  • The personalisation of emails has definitely helped us to earn a higher reply rate, with the knock-on that this will be helping with future deals.
  • Keeps us very relevant in our conversations with contacts. They are often impressed by the research and knowledge we have on their company and how we have aligned ourselves to help. Again, small differences at the start of calls but this will be helping with the number of opportunities created.
  • Reduces SDR prospecting time. Quick and easy to get updates allowing them to process a great number of accounts on a daily basis.

  • Free service with a quick setup. Thus, the cost is simply your setup time and time spent reviewing alerts. As the alerts have high precision, there is an almost immediate return on investment.
