The most important factor in our decision was product features. The integration with various systems has helped us to streamline our workflow in a number of different areas while maintaining visibility and consistency across the board. Not having to work in silos but work collaboratively on documents across multiple departments has changed how we do business internally.

As I was not involved in the purchase process, but I can guess that PandaDoc provided the features needed for our Company. PandaDoc is pretty user friendly and I have attended some webinars.

Price is important and Panda is pretty expensive. Unfortunately, the newer version is a higher price point than I'm willing to spend. My biggest concern is that they aren't building out the one I use any longer.

Usability - it needed to have value and the integration needed to be easy and not bog the sales team down in curating new proposals. Their focus is to sell and not be slowed down by our processes and programs.

One of our current sales guys used pandadoc at his last job before he came to our organization. He liked it, so he convinced the boss to implement it. The features we were interested in were easy to use, quick, and professional looking proposals/contracts right at our fingertips. All the other features it is missing are less important to us
