PandaDoc Impacted Our Organization's Workflow for the Better!
We had an issue with a few documents that the spacing was causing an issue with contracts that had been sent out awaiting a signature. We weren't sure if it was something the customer was seeing or just on our end so I contacted live support and they jumped on the situation immediately. They logged into my account and the development team was able to fix the situation and the spacing prior to the signature coming in for the contract!

Increase Your Small Businesses Efficiency with Panda Docs!
In deployment, I had an issue with adding an incorrect user email to the account and was unable to remove the user. The support team helped me disconnect and reconnect google accounts within minutes! They also checked in on my to make sure everything was operating smoothly!

The online support activated my free account when I had two registrations using two email addresses and they got conflicted.

Good but missing at least one key feature
I don't really know if this counts as support, but I had a scheduled call with our account manager a few months ago and we were haggling with price. We laid out a case as to why we shouldn't pay the high price they were offering for a renewal. They met internally and came back to us rather quickly and agreed to our terms.

when migrating from the previous version of Pandadoc to the 2.0 editor, they gave us great support and convert all templates very quickly so we didn't had to wait to use them, the process was fast and efficient and they helped a lot considering we had a great amount of templates

Very strong contract management suite
We had a document that was deleted by accident and was due the day after.
The PandaDoc support team managed to restore the document even though it was late in the evening in their time zone, and we were able to send out the document on time.

Our favorite tool by far
Initially, there were problems when we would make a mistake in the credentials of the people we were sending our proposals to. For example typos in the email address, missing letters in names, etc. I wrote to the support team and got a very quick response regarding the issue. It has been addressed and we can now modify the names of the people without having to restart the document.
