I am the main administrator for the platform so I help with various processes such as editing documents, formatting, and other essential tasks to keep the process runnings smoothly. I onboard and train various teammates as they come on board with best practices, tips and tricks, and other things they need to know when creating and sending documents.

We don't have IT, but we have users who are familiar enough with the application to make updates to our contract shells, proposal shells, and other forms within PandaDoc. You don't need to be an IT expert to support the product. It is relatively easy to implement into your organization, and there are online courses to teach how to use the application. For advanced use, there is support and videos available.

In our case, it's just me who is over pandadoc support when we're strictly looking in house. Luckily there's never any huge problems that I have to fix, but every now and then, something stops working properly for some reason...or a tutorial video needs to be sent out to our sales guys, but overall it's not too bad

All of the people using PandoDoc work to support it. We regularly will update our templates with new information or better copy. The technical skills needed are a little more than basic word processor skills. PandaDoc has good interface, but parts of it are a little clunky. The other main skill required is the ability to make an understandable and engaging document. So someone with a decent understand of or background in marketing who can take make your text understandable to the proposed customer.
