The usability is very intuitive and seamless being able to upload documents whether it be for internal purposes or customer facing documents such as proposals and contracts. Having the ability to see documents that have been viewed and monitor the entire workflow from creation through document signing has made it very easy to use.

Because this PandaDoc can work on digitalizing paperwork in all various departments. From Finance to HR to interdepartmental work sign off, to sign offs on project scope of work as well so you can really use this in any form of way that requires an approval stage or vetting process

I give it this rating because it's overall pretty simple to use. I wish there was more functionality on the backend when creating the templates, but for our sales guys to go in and send out a proposal or contract quickly and easily...it works perfectly for that. It does what it needs to without much problem.

Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There can be a slightly steep learning curve to get fully in on the system.
The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously.

Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.

Me and my team absolutely love it. It's easy to use, and template feature saves us hours in the sales process. Another huge perk is that clients find it easy to use. We struggled previously with other e-signing tools because they would usually be confusing to our clients, which would then make the sales process drag longer than needed. Now it's so simple!

It generally works really well and is easy to use and navigate, especially from the end-user perspective when viewing/signing a document in the system. The only shortcomings that have come to light are in the configurability or programmability of the various fields and trying to have field dependencies based on selected inputs as someone moves through the document.
