How PandaDoc Differs From Its Competitors

Real-time notifications throughout the approval process from internal approvals to the document being signed and countersigned have helped create an ease of use that has resonated throughout the organization. From top to bottom it has made the process of creating, approving, and signing documents …

Red linning...no. Our customers cannot explore it and send it back. I'm dealing with a less tech-savvy client base. At times, my clients will forward a contract to their supervisor or CEO and then the system does not work. It has a negative impact on how we are viewed by our clients.

Realtime notifications have actually helped us better understand our customer behavior. We've been able to understand how a customer feels about the contract before signing to have better conversations around finalizing the contract. This also typically sets the tone for how our working …

We have used the tools like red-lining and commenting minimally. We've found that typically lawyers want to red-line and comment on contracts but are most comfortable using Microsoft Word and not PandaDoc. In those instances, we've exported a PandaDoc template and sent to them as Word - …

Real-time notifications [are] really nice. We can see exactly when the document is viewed, as well as how long and at what pages the customer looked at the most. And eSignatures are a game-changer.

Where to begin, this truly does streamline processes. Clients can quickly and easily redline and we can approve or comment on their redlines. It is easy and straightforward - even for non-tech savvy people. Realtime notifications are also helpful. Occasionally, I've needed to use to Mobile Version …

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

PandaDoc support has been very responsible and helpful whenever issues have come up within the platform. We had a pressing issue at the end of the month and I used the live chat to get real-time support that helped to solve the problem. They have been nothing but helpful during our use with the platform.

From when I spoke to account managers and stuff, they're always friendly and as helpful as possible. But like usual, the real problem only lies within the software functionality itself. There's only so much support to be given when there are certain things that the software just cannot do. Aside from that, they were nice and even helped us adjust our payments.

We had a critical proposal that got deleted by accident. PandaDoc Support managed to recover it within minutes - even though this was late in the evening.

The support team is always available when we need it, and they great at listening to our suggestions for improvements or feature requests.

I haven't had the need to contact customer support so I am not able to comment on their service. From what I understand from my team, a great deal of thought and preparation was put into choosing PandaDoc as it works beautifully with our CRM.

Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.

PandaDoc is pretty straight forward to use and we have not had any interactions with their customer support team. The available online help is all that we have needed in order to accomplish our tasks and use the system. In this capacity, they have done well in making help available online.

They are quick at fixing any problems that we have had which mainly came about when we were setting up the system ready to use. They also ran through some training with the team at no additional charge and we now have a team member responsible for passing that knowledge on.
