The vendor was easy to work with after the sale once we got the onboarding and implementation completed. They have made the process simple for every one of our team members no matter their roles or responsibilities. I have helped to onboard and train a number of teammates and everyone picks it up quickly without issue.

I don't really know what I should be rating this question right here on how easy it was to work with the vendor after the sale. We didn't have a ton of interaction. It was mostly just a lot of info up front. They created some templates for us to use that we didn't like. And then I just had at the software myself after that.

Fairly easy, but we have been using them for the last 6 years. They have gotten bigger and have not had much need to work with them much since our original start.

I've had minimal interactions with PandaDoc after the sale in terms of talking to sales or support people, which is a very good thing in my book. I have not had any issues or needed to follow-up with them for any reason. The system has been reliable and works well for us!
