We use PandaDoc to draft and submit Business Proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speeds up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of the digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us send proposals much faster and easily keep track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.
  • Templatization of different documents
  • Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents
  • Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents
  • Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard.
  • The design of the documents is a bit limiting when compared to something like word or Google Docs.
  • It's not immediately clear on how to add custom images
  • The learning curve to design documents is steep at first but becomes easy after a couple designs.
PandaDoc is well suited for companies that send proposals and terms and conditions to customers for collection of digital signatures. It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of them. You can even use this to collect payments as it integrates with software like QBO.

It’s fantastic esign software for signing documents.its very fast reliable and it’s with certificate because sometime without certificate some authentication is not allowed so it’s very good.
  • Signing documents
  • Confirmation of wanted documents
  • Confirmation of completed documents
  • User friendly
  • Cost effective or no costs involved
  • Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly, biweekly or weekly
  • If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
Very nice in user friendly and fastest possible plus confirmation of each document has been viewed and completed.

other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.

Use it to complete agreemetents with new clients, or to change the terms of our service.
  • Pulling information from hubspot
  • auto fillig accurately
  • quick edits and approvals
  • easy for end use to, complete and .
  • variables can be a little wonky to use
  • not always clear how to make edits
  • doc recovery is hit and miss
Well suited for smaller orgs with simple contracts. Not sure how it works with other docs.

PandaDoc allows us to receive official signatures on approvals and we can easily save the documents as a PDF. It is very user friendly too!
  • User friendly
  • Notifications
  • Templates
  • Connectivity - I lose the connection to our CRM often
PandaDoc allows us to receive approvals on a customer’s logo. Once they sign this they aren’t able to come back later and say they didn’t approve it and need a refund.

We used PandaDoc to send out quotes to potential clients as well as the onboarding process. Clients need to submit information to us in a specific format, which this software allows us to do and validate. Finally, it has clear indication of which parties filled out which information. We use it daily.
  • Quick document creation
  • Friendly user interface
  • Excellent customer support
  • Mobile app could use some work
  • Quoting system does not fit my industry
  • Website is sometimes slow
PandaDoc is excellent for onboarding and document collection. It is easy to create templates for even the most inexperienced users (I was able to get the hang of PandaDoc in less than a week). Even though I use PandaDoc to send out custom PDF quotes, the quote builder from the system is not good for creating quotes that have items with different frequencies. It still needs a lot of work.

We use PandaDoc to send engagement letters to clients for review and signature. We also use it for internal documents that need signing remotely. We needed a solution that was better than printing, wet signing, scanning and then sending back documents. It also negates the need to have all parties present in one location.
  • Remote contract signature
  • Tracking of document views or interactions
  • Live notification of actions on documents
  • Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
  • Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.
Great when you want to get started on a client's work, the speed you can get a contract signed or an NDA in place is fantastic.
Sometimes you get a client who is less 'tech savvy' that wants to download and print the document, then wet sign and send it back.

We use PandaDoc to create sales proposals, MSAs, NDAs, and employee agreements.

The forms feature makes it very easy for someone to request an NDA with us and for agreements that new hires or contractors need to sign.

The content library and conditional content make customizing sales proposals very easy.
  • Create customized documents from a library of content
  • Handle e-signatures
  • Decrease the back and forth emails when someone needs a standard agreement
  • The design tools for sales proposal could be better.
  • Importing a PowerPoint or Google Slides file to use as a template would be very helpful

We are able to integrate with Salesforce in order to generate proposals and contracts easily and effectively. We send for internal approval and maintain accountability to the document throughout the process. From creation to complete the process is simple and effective to maintain the level of success we need within our organization.
  • Salesforce integration ease of use
  • Document creation and effectiveness
  • Monitoring the workflow of the document throughout the life cycle
  • Some of the editing functionality makes it difficult to change formatting
  • Some of the variables don't pull in as desired
  • The variable date doesn't update to today's date depending on send date
PandaDoc is great for generating documents and being able to quickly import pertinent information from sales opportunities. The approval workflow process is efficient and easy to use to ensure there is accountability for the document and it moves through the process smoothly. It is not as effective in maintaining visibility with prospects as we would like.

We use PandaDocs to send out proposals and contracts. I had used PandaDocs at another organization and valued the efficiency of sending a contract with a proposal. This increased their close rate and created a better user experience. Since deploying PandaDocs at our company, we've sent out proposals and contracts with greater ease. We're also able to have a better insight into buyer behavior as we can see when they view the contract, what pages they've spent the most time on and how quickly they view/sign.
  • Analytics
  • Document History
  • Templates
  • Robust Dashboard
  • Design Capabilities within Documents
PandaDocs would be well-suited for technical companies. As a creative agency, we do experience some design restraints but overall it functions well and is a great resource to effectively manage proposals and contracts. PandaDoc also integrates well with Quickbooks making the sales/onboarding process extremely efficient.

We use PandaDoc for sending customized contract proposals, B2B contracts, and contracts to contractors who work for us. Using PandaDoc solves common problems such as missed signatures and initials on contracts since the system prompts the signer where each date, initial, and signature is required.
  • Allows us to see when and how often a recipient has looked at a document
  • Allows us to see how long a recipient has looked at specific pages
  • Take the user error out of signing contracts
  • Better integration with Outlook so we can see when in our Sent folder that documents have been sent
PandaDoc is well suited for any document that requires a signature from one or more parties, such as contracts. But it can also be used for sending customized sales proposals, even if a signature is not required. Some examples to use PandaDoc include service agreements, employment contracts, rental agreements, sales agreements, etc.

We use PandaDoc in our organization for all of our contracts and proposals. With version two, it's much easier to create attractive proposals and agreements that are very useful for both us and the customer. It also offers a legal digital signature for contracts, similar to DocuSign, adobe sign, etc.
  • contracts
  • aggreements
  • proposals
  • version 1 and 2 are totally different
  • version 1 is much harder to use when neccessary
It's very useful for creating attractive and modern contracts and agreements. I wouldn't use it for full project proposals as it doesn't have process flows, etc.

In order to accurately recruit, retain and document our volunteer base, we needed an application process that made it easy for our volunteers to apply on their own time without relying on paper or risk losing their application. PandaDoc makes it very easy for us to keep track of where volunteers are at in filling out necessary documents with a high level of accountability for information verification.
  • Application Tracking
  • Ease of use
  • Accessibility
  • It could be easier to assign an email to a document for signatures.
  • File navigation could be more detailed in the left navigation screen.
I love that PandaDoc lets our volunteers leave an application and not lose all their progress when they return to it. It makes it so much easier to retain volunteers because they are not stressed about stepping away from the enrollment process.

We write solar proposals to B2B and B2C under different brands including residential, off-grid solar, and commercial.
  • Electronic signature
  • Stats tracking of sent proposals
  • Content library saves time
  • It seems slow and sometimes laggy. Annoying occasionally, but tolerable
  • When entering variables in a line of text, sometimes the alignment and character spacing between the variable and the text is misaligned. Sometimes the variable text appears too high (superscript) above the line and sometimes the character spacing between the inserted variable and the following text is either too small or too big. This shows the reader that it's not personalized.
  • This may be a user error, but when a proposal expires, how can I easily activate it again (change status) to extend the expiration without redoing/making the proposal?
1. PandaDoc is good for high-value sales consultative selling that starts with a discovery process and leads to the proposal. It's well suited if a product has a long/er lead time to lose. It's good as a way to outline the key parts of the sales touchpoints and get a commitment. 2. It's good where you have gained commitment verbally (closed) and can send the quote/proposal immediately and request the signature while on a VC or phone call, live with the prospect.

We use it for our sales quoting and completion services.
  • Automatic Signing
  • Easy modification of forms
  • Notifications
  • Adding products
  • Saving of changes
  • Ability to overwrite templates
  • Syncing with CRM
It is very well suited for sales professionals and were complex or longer applications need to be used. I do not feel that this is suited for companies that have few products or one-off type products. I also don’t feel that this would be used well for professionals that need access to it in the field.

As a Circus company, I need to include beautiful pictures and vidéos in my quotations, also I need to be flexible about how many artists my clients can book. With PandaDoc, it is very easy for my clients to see very quickly all the possibilities, they can manage the price table themselves by changing the number of artists because they are all an Equipe to take the final décision.
  • Include photos and vidéos
  • Electronic signature
  • Price table
  • Possibility to have more than 1 signer
It is particularly good when you need to do exhaustive quotations but people need to be good with a computer because it is a bit complicated to use when you are not CMS friendly

We have integrated PandaDoc with our CRM software, Salesforce, to produce our quotations for replacement parts. This allows us to have a professional document which we've been able to add links to marketing tools that provide the customer with a more encompassing informational document than our previous proposals offered. We can customize the templates for use on different product lines.
  • Professional looking
  • Integrates multiple tools
  • Personalized documents
  • Mapping to the fields in Salesforce
  • Adjustable quantity fields when using price lists
This is great for writing proposals and allowing the customer to have a clear well-informed document. We can add links to videos' web pages, and allow the customer to download items from our document. The only few times that I need to help a customer out is when their email protocol dies not to allow them to open a link that someone sends to them. A few prefer to have a pdf sent to them.

We are using PandaDoc as part of our initiative to digitalize all our contracts. We used to have quite some manual work in creating draft contracts via templates on word document and further amending it to suit our client every time. Managing these templates across different users was also becoming challenging too, which is why PandaDoc's impact was immense.
  • Digitalizing contracts.
  • Audit trails on signatures.
  • Assigning signees including open fields such as texts.
  • Single source of templates.
  • Better engine to generate templates from PPT not just Word.
  • Easily activate expired documents from main view.
It works extremely well when requiring digitalizing of your contracts and is quite easy and intuitive to use. The integration with sales pipelines such as Pipedrive has made our processes within the company much more efficient and productive. The only downside is if you use ppt as a source of contracts since it is much easier to play around with templates you will end up having a pdf that is non editable which will require quite some back and forth if there are edits to your templates.

PandaDoc is how we send out all of our contracts and non-disclosure agreements to clients and partners. It is a time saver in that it allows us to work remotely more effectively by not having to print and scan agreements all the time. It's also great to be able to access all current and past contracts in one place.
  • Real-time notifications of views as well as when a party has completed the document
  • Ability to set up integrations with payment systems
  • Ability to program it to automatically send a completed contract to all relevant parties when it's been completed
  • Using templates that have already been created is very easy. Challenges arise when you're trying to create something unique from scratch.
  • It drives me crazy that there's no easy to find search function. If I'm looking for a completed agreement from months prior, I have to scroll through everything in the program to find it.
  • We have a section for templates. But on multiple occasions, someone has accidentally gone in and modified the template. Would be great to see a feature that notifies you if you're about to modify a template instead of just using it to create a new document.
PandaDoc is an excellent contract tool, particularly for distributed teams working remotely from home offices. PandaDoc would not be well-suited to an old fashioned organization where leadership likes to have piles of paper filed away in cabinets. It's also ideal for teams that have set contracts that everyone uses on a regular basis.

I currently use PandaDoc primarily to send Statements of Work, Change Request SOW's, Partner Agreements and mNDA's. It's great to have this templates in there in an adjustable fashion. I love that for the SOWs it calculates the cost for me, I simple input the number of dev, pm, QA, etc hours and it totals them all up at their various rates with fields for disocunting, etc. It's definitely allowed for faster and more fool proofed contracting! As a company, we are global, so we have several of these templates set up for our various countries at our various rates which is fantastic! We just have to make sure that our footers with links to Ts&Cs have the accurate country laws and such (an 'us' problem, not a PandaDoc. problem!). The user tracking features are definitely the differentiator between PandaDoc and other similar products. Very helpful to know if my contacts are opening their contracts and when. Unfortunately the auto-emails DO end up in spam, so the ability to send as a link in a personalized email is not just handy, but NECESSARY!
  • User tracking for contacts / doc openings
  • Customization of pre-loaded templates
  • Collaboration on documents (with live updates!)
  • Uploading various file formats for templates doesn't always work (i.e. docx, pdf, etc.). Sometimes only 1 will work (think it's PDF).
  • Creating / editing custom fields is a major pain. Once done it's great, but jeez this should be more user friendly.
Pandadoc is awesome for quick contracting when you send a lot of similar documents and / or require collaboration of such documents. If all of your documents are highly customizable you might as well use a cheaper program.

I'm using PandaDoc to put out new contractor information, contracts, and background inquiry forms. To start the process of partnering with mental health professionals. We need to have HIPPA confidentiality with the documents that are sent out and received in the process of bringing new mental health professionals on board with our organization.
  • Information is saved if documents can't be completed all at once
  • Security in sending and receiving
  • Easy directions to follow when completing
  • For date have a option for the date it is being signed, not past or future dates
  • Being able to adjust signing order after it's put in, but before sending
  • Being able to resend the document to a new address after it was sent the first time
  • The use of a radio button to choose an assortment of options
  • Being able to have an area filled in or not with an optional field
We send out contracts for signatures for our contractors to review and sign their new contracts or addendums that might arise while they are with us. We also use PandaDoc for collecting new contractor information through the forms we have uploaded. It's useful to get these tasks accomplished and know who is signing the documents.

PandaDoc is currently being used by one user, mostly for sending out proposals and obtaining potential clients' signatures. This allows to convey all the information we need in a detailed quote, and to obtain formal approval from our clients.
We also tentatively use it throughout our projects to obtain approval on selected milestones (example logo or website design approval). This creates a "no turning back" and helps manage the scope of our projects.
  • Timely notifications of document opens and completions.
  • Assigning a signature field to a recipient.
  • Flexible folder structure for saved documents and templates.
  • New version doesn't integrate well with Xero.
  • Setting up templates can be very long and complex.
  • Unable to easily change the order of pages.
Best suited for people looking for a low cost tool that will send simple documents requiring a signature. Anything more complex or requiring many templates to be created should use the upgraded plan, which becomes less cost efficient.
Either way though, PandaDoc adds a level of professionalism to your documents for collecting signatures/approvals.

We currently use it at our organization for in multiple departments for multiple use cases: sales, HR, legal.

All of our templated and customized sales proposals are generated in PandaDoc. We have it connected deeply with HubSpot and use it in our deal pipelines to generate different templates in a matter of seconds which has drastically reduced the time it takes to generate and send out a proposal from days to minutes.

We also send all of our onboarding documentation out to new hires for independent contractors and full-time hires out through here - such as NDAs, offer letters, and equipment agreements.
  • Streamlines proposal generation.
  • Makes proposal negotiation back and forth seamless.
  • Handles follow up.
  • Allows for beautiful designs.
  • Deep integration with CRM.
  • Payment application has room for improvement.
  • Editor 2.0 still has a ways to go.
  • Would be nice is API access wasn't behind a paywall.
The only scenario where we don't recommend PandaDoc to a client that has a need for a eSignature platform for one or two types of documents for the foreseeable future. That is to say that PandaDoc would be complete overkill for their needs, and while yes it could handle their needs, why just have it manage your one NDA template indefinitely and nothing else?

It is used mainly in Sales. It automates the production of quotes and proposals right through to the generation of agreements for e-signature.
  • Quote generation quickly
  • High quality proposals
  • Correct and accurate contracts
  • Great document tracking
  • I am questioned on the personal information that Pandadoc tracks leading me to generate pdf contracts for these customers and slowing down the automated processes internally.
Overall, I think PandaDoc really makes part of my job a lot easier.
