We use PanTerra Streams for external and internal communications. It has the ability to have different phones for different departments. We use PanTerra Streams to communicate with clients and the outside world. It is a convenient service because we have multiple phone numbers but we have an option of having all of the phones ring at once, no matter what number is being called in case someone is unavailable to answer their line.

PanTerra Streams is well suited for a small company like ours that is planning on scaling up. We have different numbers for different departments, but because we are a small company, one or two people are in charge of multiple departments. Therefore we are able to manage 5 phones all at once because they all ring at once and can be answered from any phone. This is an option that has been implemented. When we scale up, we will not have all the phones ring at once and each department will be responsible for its own phone.

Whenever I have contacted support, it has been very efficient and helpful. They usually will fix whatever you're asking them to fix on their end, which is helpful because the system isn't very intuitive or user-friendly in my opinion. It's a big learning curve.
The training was kind of poor on PanTerra Streams' system. There are a lot of things I do not know how to change or fix on my own and, unfortunately, the training was confusing. I am technologically inclined, but the training was confusing and the interface isn't very intuitive.
We do not use any of these features.
We used 8x8 and that was not great. We just got away from another service that was kind of a nightmare last year.

Administration, flight crew, and maintenance. We use the phones for outbound/ inbound customer calls, as well as communicating within the building to one another. The direct lines make it easy to communicate with the person you are trying to reach, but the feature where you are able to have all the phones ring at once in case someone is not at their desk is super helpful for answering any number on any phone.

This set up is super intuitive and easy to manage. We only have one person managing the phone system because that is truly all we need.

Need for understanding how to use the features.....aware that training may be available through videos, however, that is time consuming and not always an efficient method to resolve understanding needed quickly. Plugged into our phones, the service is not available when computers are turned off.....don't understand why they shouldn't have a direct ethernet connection

We use Panterra Networks to handle our voice, text, chat and file exchange needs. Panterra makes it easy to handle all of our communication needs seamlessly. Calls are transparently passed between VoIP handsets, cell phones, and soft phones. Group dialing , messaging , chat, and file sharing are all provided making it a cost effective integrated solution.

Panterra provides a cost effective unified communication system for small to medium size businesses. It offers all of the features you could ever hope to have at an affordable price. Panterra's support and implementation team do a great job getting their customers up an running and remain available to address any issues that arise after the sale.

With a hosted platform, features continue to be added without the need to purchase new / additional hardware. A great solution for startup businesses or established businesses looking to minizue upfront costs. With their cellular app, you're office is wherever you are. And with the ability to send text and MMS messages as well as file share from your desk, it's easy to communicate with your customers they way they want. No using personal cell phones to send / receive messages, etc.
  • The system is dead reliable. We've not experienced a single outage in 2+ years.
  • Little to no upfront implementation costs.
  • Your communication system travels wherever you are. No fear of missing an important call if not at your desk.
  • Total cost comparable to, or less than, local phone / cable phone systems.
  • Readily scalable as new users are added.
We've had very few issues, but Panterra is always there, if needed, and very pro-active with notifications of issues that could affect system availability.
Implementation was quick and easy. An implementation team is there to set up calling blocks, directories, etc. Noting is left to happenstance.
Our team uses only a fraction of the systems capabilities, but the feature set gives small to medium sized businesses all of the features available to Fortune 500 complanies.
We looked at a number of hosted solutions as well as onsite solutions and determined Panterra offered the best overall value. Panterra offers a robust feature set, outsanding reliability, comprehensive support and competitive pricing.

Panterra Streams requires very little onsite support. Maybe once or twice a year, we'll have a handset that needs to be reset, but this is a hardware issue, not a Streams issue. Other than that, with a few minutes of training , new users can be proficient with the system. It's very easy to use and very reliable.

We were with another VOIP provider that was charging us an exorbitant amount of money for services we never used. We were so glad to find that PanTerra Streams offers packages with only the features that we need and will use for A LOT less money per month. We have had the service for approximately a year and have not had any issues at all. We are completely satisfied customers. I have recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

We don't need a ton of features and some of our staff isn't "technology savvy" so we needed to make sure that the system was easy to use, for everyone. This one sure is! They have tons of features available, however, we only need a few, so that is all we pay for.

We have contacted support only once, a short time after the initial setup. We contacted them for assistance changing a few simple things around. We found them very easy to communicate with. We haven't had any other problems that we have needed to contact support about, but I definitely would not hesitate to contact them again. Very easy to get ahold of and communicate with.
Onboarding was easy. We didn't have any problems. We received the equipment and then did the initial setup over the phone with our onboarding person. When I had questions, I just asked and received prompts thorough responses. It was so much easier than I expected it to be. I would definitely recommend this product.
We only needed one or two of these features. We have efax, it works great. Faxes come directly to my email and I can review them and then choose if I want to print them or just delete them (because they are junk). We don't use file sharing, messaging, or any of the other features offered.
PanTerra Streams fit our needs the best out of all of the companies. We reviewed approximately four companies. The price for PanTerra Streams was much better than what we were quoted by other providers. The platform of PanTerra Streams fit our needs better and was easier to use on a daily basis. We found it very easy to work with everyone from PanTerra Streams.

Only two of us use PanTerra Streams. The owner and the office manager, as we are a very small company. We are the only two people that answer the telephones on a regular, daily basis. We use it for sending and receiving faxes as well as the normal telephone functions. It is very simple and even the technology-challenged owner can use it.
