I'm impressed with Pantheon's performance. I've used other WordPress hosting companies before and I'm blown away by how fast my site loads on Pantheon. I was able to launch my site on Pantheon within a few minutes and it was super easy to do. Their automated security is a bonus feature, it's something I'd been looking for and can't be found on any other WordPress hosting company.

I'm rating the usability highly because it works well on project coordination from the backend. Traditionally, reports generation used to be a cumbersome ordeal with so many double duties, especially for the financials, ( reports to be submitted to the finance department). But Pantheon XML files have made work easy, and simple to export without having to copy again.
