Solid Platform for Medium-Large Sites
We use Pantheon to provide hosting services to our clients for whom we make websites and applications. Most of our clients are medium sized government agencies that need high availability and hosting solutions that allow multiple users with various permissions. Pantheon provides scaleable infrastructure with multi-user access was well as a development workflow that integrates well with our chosen tools and most of the time prevents us from having to manage any code except our own.
We are currently using it host our main website. As well, we are part of the Premier Pantheon Partner so our clients may decide to use Pantheon as their hosting system with preferential prices and better support. Currently, two of our clients have migrated to pantheon. Also, we use autopilot to keep our wordpress and drupal sites updated.
Use case: we primarily used it to leverage serverless CMS deployment for our subsite that is developed on WordPress. Scope Of Usage: we used it to host our blog and share updates with our community. we employe whole department of content writer and marketing folks, thus continues stream of blog post was estimated. if we had chosen traditional server, we'd have to scale it manually, This is where Pantheon comes in handy, it provides our site on serverless platform so we'll never have to worry about scalability. on top of it, we needed in-depth insights of applications. Pantheon provides performance monitoring using New Relic. this was epitome of this service because we were actively monitoring performance gain and bottlenecks. it aligned pretty well with our agenda of optimizing our website for performance across all device.

Excellent performance, stable site
We use Pantheon to host our Drupal website. We have been on Pantheon for the past 4 years and before that were using Acquia. Both have fantastic support for Drupal, but Pantheon costs much less and provides a similar level of service.

Great hosting platform
We use Pantheon to host a small number of our client's websites.
The platform is easy to use and can get websites setup and have them up and running very quickly.
It allows us to provide granular user access to only the devs that need access to certain websites.
A great feature is how easy it is to spin up new environments when testing bugs or new features.
And provides a great way of configuring the platform settings (such as PHP config values)

We used Pantheon as a devOps platform for a WordPress website running Buddypress and Learndash.
We also had a mobile app connected to the site.
The ability to have a platform with a staging site for testing before deploying was beneficial. It solved the problem of wasting time migrating sql databases manually or using plugins as one would typically have to do with WordPress normally.

Simplifying Complex Needs
As we actively build and maintain websites for a large number of clients, we use Pantheon as a hosting option for the large majority of clients. In previous circumstances, we would be dealing with a smorgasbord of hosting platforms and server configurations, which becomes difficult to manage, difficult to replicate/resolve issues, and all-around tedious. Having everything under one roof has been instrumental to our success.
We utilize Pantheon mostly as a serverless CMS. We wanted an easily scalable solution for several of our sites with low overhead and the flexibility to increase usage if the need arose. Pantheon has met this need, while also providing an excellent platform to manage our company's agile workflows seamlessly.

Slow Impersonal Support
I host my Drupal 8 site with Pantheon. I use Lando for local and Dev, Test, and Live on Pantheon. When it's working things are great. However, when I need to contact tech support it takes usually 30 to 60 minutes to get a conversation happening in live chat and there are often delays between responses. Creating a support ticket is even slower with responses happening sometimes the next day. My latest frustration is the worst so far in that it's been 19 days since I opened a ticket on the issue and it is still NOT resolved.

A World class solution,a boon for sysadmins.
We were recently trying Pantheon, it is a highly professional and world class solution for site management. We don't need to think about bandwidth choking or any similar criterias.Wordpress sites can be easily hosted,ssl support is really good. We are planning to migrate to Pantheon for some of our WordPress multisites.

Pantheon is one of the best software I've used in my life. They made things very easy from the user's perspective as they have backup & branch creation and merging of code and migration of files is very easy. They provide a multi-dev work environment to main the code and website smoothly.

Easy to use platform for developers and designers.
I've been running a WordPress website for years with a few updates here and there. Recently I was researching a new host after the old one offered to no longer support WordPress. I was looking for something that could provide me with the best performance, ease of use, and uptime. I came across Serverless CMS and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their service was way faster and their support was incredibly responsive. I have to say, I'm a fan.

Simple Website Management.
We've utilized Pantheon on our ERP programs and we are generating very resourceful performance reports via PAAS. The Pantheon Automation Server database works particularly well in displaying user reports from the WEB light Interface and the reports can be downloaded in PDF format for our analytics. It's doing a great job in hosting our six websites securely and flexibly as well.

Easy Global system for effective on our different Cloud data and content building and even the excellent functions on multiple files and images editing and the best publication solution with great usability experience. Pantheon comes with a full set of capable functions and is easy to manipulate after the first initial Pantheon training. Its ability for multiple project life cycle management options is quite excellent and profitable.
Pantheon helps my marketing team to create digital content for advertising our products and services. It has created a reliable infrastructure for publishing content on our social media outlets. Useful project documentation Software and the best content management platform with easy tools.
This easy platform for project coordination offers the easiest features which can be customized to meet a variety of project requirements and the starting is easy from implementation to the Pantheon interface configuration. The tools are easy to navigate and the quality of easy content building and its development life cycle management functionalities are excellent. Pantheon allows the effective data analytics and easy to report and the documentation ability on the product is nice.
Easy multi-environment development solution which allows easy marketing content management and the best development workflow management software and setting the Pantheon interface security it was very easy. Collaboration is an amazing and easy reliable data analytics production platform with the best capabilities on problem troubleshooting and the reports are perfect and also able to pull in multiple data from integrated tools is good.
Hosting on a server-less platform enables us with an easy Multidev Cloud environment which makes my team move fast and deploy content with confidence. Great product if it fits your needs
Pantheon is a great product (web host, CDN, etc.) with great service and serves as a nice one-stop-shop to get your website up and running. We used them for many years, experienced minimal downtime if any, each year, and we're always treated like a priority client. Ultimately ended up leaving them as we grew to be a fairly large company and were able to experience efficiencies with another parter we already licensed a great deal from, however for a smaller company, our infrastructure today would not make sense, thereby making Pantheon the better/preferred partner if that fits your company's needs/size.
