We curate PathFactory content tracks and explore pages for both prospects and customers. Depending on where users are in the buying cycle, we select the content that we think is the most relevant to them. Since PathFactory allows us to tag offers based on the consideration stage, it's easy to find suitable content when we're building a campaign.

Our use case was not directly connected to sales, so it is hard to say about the impact on buyers. I assume that the better they (buyers) know our product(s) through the company's assets, educational materials, guides, and recommendations the easier for them to make a right, well-weighted decision.

Not being on the purchasing side of marketing rather focused on content creation and library set up - I would have to assume that the ability and functionality of PF making it very easy and efficient for prospects to consume as much content as possible to help them make a purchasing decision faster. Being able to self-educate and binge on materials would definitely help the sales reps close deals faster.

By creating "content hubs" where users are able to "binge" content at their leisure, buyers are able to self-educate faster. The best thing is that the content hubs can educate those at different stages of the buying journey within the same experience.

Obviously, offering relevant content guides the buyers to educate further on the topic. After that, at the bottom of a content track, we offer our on-demand demo so the buyer can go through the whole journey in one session. We also always have 2 CTAs on every track, which invites you to either subscribe to our newsletter (for TOFU prospects) or book a demo (if ready). The demo form pops up with Chili Piper, and the buyer can book time on the calendars immediately after consuming the content.

Users are able to binge content we have curated in an experience, allowing them to consume more relevant content at the time they are interested in reading. Previously, we would have spent more time, effort and dollars to get them to engage with us a second time to read an additional piece of content.

We've been using this capability within sales tracks. Our sales team has personalized tracks set up that allow the users to look through low-funnel information. It's been slow to catch on, but it's getting there. I think we'll do more of this in the future.
