Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

ADP's customer service was not what we expected, and its platform did not always work as it should.
Paylocity offered many great features, but we were looking for a more efficient way to process payroll.

As a whole we were able to get everything we needed in one place from Paycom. The others were not necessarily awful, we just could do more of what we needed with Paycom. And, honestly, the customer service (Brandon) sold us as much as anything. Paycom worked with us on costs, options, etc. Denise has been helpful as part of the implementation as well. Brandon especially feels like an extension of our own family.

Paycom is hands down way better for us. They helped us make our payroll simpler and more manageable. Paycom's dedicated staff was knowledgeable in all areas of the system not just one. ADP was to clunky for our payroll, which shouldn't be that difficult. ADP changed our implementation team several times, and we had someone different for every module.

The company I worked for only used the time and attendance feature, and at my current company, we don't use the scheduling module. I do know that prior to my employment with the company where I currently use Paycom, they were a prior ADP user and my colleagues have stated that the Paycom platform better suits our company's needs.

We had numerous issues with ADP's customer support. Many times my payroll would error out and I would sit on hold for over an hour just to get someone to clear the error and send me the payroll register back. With Paycom I am in control of downloading my payroll registers, submitting payroll, and unsubmitting payroll if needed. With Paycom, I have the ability to get payroll done in 1-2 hours versus 4 plus hours, sometimes even 8 hours with ADP.

ADP was not fully integrated within the various categories for HR & payroll which meant we often had to work from several different software and system to accomplish simply task. This resulted in countless hours trying to complete things that are integrated within Paycom. It takes the worrying out of HR.

ADP is too complex, too many people to go through to get what you need, as you need it. I can only say that I don't want to ever have to go back to using ADP again., Wherever my career leads me - I will lead them to PAYCOM!!

Making the switch from Certipay to Paycom was a no-brainer. The friendly usage, ability to onboard virtually, and payroll process have become much more efficient with Paycom and have allowed us as a company to spend more time elsewhere that we weren't able to do before. We also can now allow our employees to do much more in terms of employee self-service compared to Certipay where it was minimal.

Paycom is second to None! The ease of daily time management all the way to benefits and garnishment management. It is amazing and mind easing to have these managed by Paycom teams and not have to worry about them on a daily basis. I love the FMLA tracker as well

The onboarding is not as clunky and is more user friendly, creating a better flow for a new hire to work through it from home without issues.

The reporting is more robust and more customizable. I have made so many reports from Paycom to suit my needs. I just had to make due with the ones in isolved.

In my opinion, ADP is a clunky system that has many positives, but overall I think it is not user friendly and doesn't have the majority of the tools we want as we continued pushing our company forward. I believe Paycom has many more tools, is more user friendly and our dedicated reps have the knowledge to help us when issues arrived. We felt it was impossible to get help with ADP. I really enjoyed using Paylocity and think there are many similar functions between the two systems. The biggest plus of Paycom over both ADP and Paylocity is that it is all one interface. Time and Attendance and Payroll talk to each other in real time and there are no lags for information getting updated.

We selected Paycom due to their system being one totally organic system. We have worked with systems who purchase other modules and they do not communicate well with each other. When changes are made in Paycom they flow to all the different sections needed to ensure the employees information is accurate across the board. In the past we have had to make the changes to all the different sections.
