My organization has implemented Paycom over the last several months to move away from another HRIS provider. Paycom has surpassed our high expectations for quality customer service. We have had a phenomenal implementation specialist who has been extremely thorough in fully understanding our organization's policies and needs to ensure we're getting the right solutions. The biggest solution has been responsive and knowledgeable service - we previously only had the option to submit requests for help via email and had to wait, sometimes weeks or months, for a reply. Our agency has a very complicated time and attendance setup (various shift differentials, language differentials, location differentials, and staff working in multiple labor allocations areas) and this has been built out in the system thoroughly and correctly. We have also made a huge shift in the compliance area and been able to make and hold our employees much more accountable for their own timesheets, as well as removing manager responsibility/access to make changes to timesheets for employees. Paycom has been a wonderful change for our organization and staff have been embracing it as well.

We utilize Paycom across our entire organization. Paycom has allowed us to share information more easily and enhance our reporting capabilities and make real-time decisions. We have been able to increase the efficiency of our organization and streamline many processes that used to be paper-driven. Our payroll processing time and decreased tremendously which has allowed us to focus on other projects.

Approximately 30% or our employees have downloaded the app on their phones and use it for time off requests, and other tasks that can be taken care of on the app. The majority of our working class population does not use the app which means that we still use paper forms to request time off, and we still make many changes that could be made by the employee.

Paycom is used through out our 21 locations. All our employees clock in and out, request time off, add comments, enroll in health benefits, print check stubs, verify and change personal information thru their individual employee portal. Managers/Supervisors, additionally, use Manager on the go to approve time off and electronic timesheets.

Paycom is used by our Finance & HR staff to run our US payroll for Salary & Hourly Employees. All US employees have access to their unique profiles. All employees are able to download their own pay stubs/tax documents as well [as] update their personal information. It is very helpful from a business standpoint to allow the employees to update their profiles themselves. HR jumps in when larger changes are required; adding benefits, updating salary, etc.

I've recently started using Paycom with a new employer and it's been a great experience. I've had past experiences with self-managed solutions and immediately see the value in partnering with Paycom. As an employee, I feel more empowered to make changes for myself and appreciate the ability to change what I want on my own timeline. I also enjoy the paycheck review feature; great idea to make sure my check and deductions are what I expect them to be. From a manager's standpoint, the application has worked well and I'm able to manage my team with ease and speed. Overall it's been a great experience and fully supports our partnership with Paycom.

As a swim and recreation club, more than 2/3 of our staff are high school or college-age, 95% are hourly, and for many, this is their first job. We started using Paycom to get away from paper timesheets and all the issues that go with them. Implementing Paycom immediately tightened up and simplified our payroll and bookkeeping processes, and raised the organization to a new level of professionalism for the staff. The changes that Paycom has made over the years has continued to improve our efficiency in everything from onboarding to correctly distributing our payroll expenses.

We use Paycom as our HRIS including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Time Management, HR, Talent Management and Reporting. We use Paycom across the whole organization. Paycom has totally streamlined many process for us. Checklists and PAF's (my personal favorites) help us be more efficient with stewarding of our time and resources.

Paycom is used within our organization for both payroll management, benefits management, documentation, and organization of all employee-related interactions, coaching sessions, regular one-on-ones, and monthly/quarterly/annual performance reviews. We also use Paycom for the maintenance of all personnel files and for documenting and tracking personal and professional goals for all employees. Paycom has been a vital addition to our company's internal software suite, as it has greatly helped to keep all personnel documentation and minutes of interactions organized in one place. Paycom provides a host of integrated features that allow for flexibility in its use, as well as streamlining engagement with employees from a human resources perspective, which is certainly useful for businesses with 500 employees or more.

My organization uses Paycom for time and attendance, payroll, recruitment, benefits, training, expense reimbursement, surveys, and performance management. Paycom allows our employees to access and make changes to their own information online or on the Paycom app. The system is easy to use and has created efficiencies in our recruiting, new employee onboarding, and benefits administration processes to name a few. We began using Paycom in July 2021. This was supposed to be start of Q3, but Paycom failed to setup our account timely, so the service began on our 3rd payroll run for the quarter. The experience was disastrous, wrought with too many errors to enumerate, so we cancelled after only 2 payroll runs. Our requests for help and complaints received little response. We have a pay-as-you-go worker's compensation payment plan with our insurance carrier. [In my experience] they failed to inform us that they would not support that plan, but that we would need to run the WC report ourselves and make the payments on each payroll run. We would have never contracted the service had we known.

We are currently using Paycom for payroll and a few HR related functions. Our reporting capability and the ability to share information with managers and executives has improved greatly. We have merged our ACA reporting into Paycom, rather than having an independent company manage it. The government and compliance report section has helped us manage our EEOC and OSHA reports.
