Product usability is our highest one. Anything that reduces the time we have to spend on manual entry is great! Reducing payroll process time, 401K administration, and benefit[s] enrollment are key things for us.

Honestly, the single most important factor in choosing a new vendor was the Customer Service experience. We reviewed several products and did a lot of reference checking. Paycor came out on top for customer service.

Ease of use for the employee experience and ease of use for Managers or Supervisors was very important to us when making this decision. We did several previews of other payroll providers and Paycor offered a lot of what we were looking for. We did have a preview of several different payroll providers.

It is not listed, but dependability. I rely on Paycor to provide me with updated regulations, laws and guide me through the process. It is their specialty and I trust them to help me when I am busy; to obtain accurate information for tax purposes as well as data for personnel files for compliance.

The features and the service promises were the two most important reasons to switch. The price was slightly better than the old vendor, and price is very important. But I needed something easier for me to use and easier for me to teach our store managers and supervisors.
