Highly disappointed in a sub-par product with little to no support throughout the process
- Caused our company a $5,000 net loss per week for inability to use the product for 2 months during botched setup shutting down operations during this time
- Increased timeline for what appear to be simple product implimentations
- Created complicated scenarios to accomplish basic tasks
- Created negative employee experiences with difficulty using software to track time I
- The company does not verify banking information on direct deposits, if a mistake is made, you will be charged a return fee for the employee incorrectly entering banking info.

Paycor Review
- Helps with the onboarding process
- It seems Paycor grew too fast and wasn't able to adapt to the pandemic. Since 2020 it's been like pulling teeth to get a live person to respond to my issues and/or resolve them.
- The limitations in customizing the system mean that I am still doing a lot of manual work, ie performance management, and onboarding.
- As a payroll system, it's easy to learn, easy to use and works well.

Paycor - What I have found in my 2 years with them.
- My time to process payroll reduced from 12 hours to 4.
- We no longer have any paper forms for paid time off. Our employee files are thinner than ever.
- We no longer have employees starting before they have had a chance to complete onboarding paperwork.
- Managers know what step each applicant is in and who has done what with each applicant.
- The benefits system has added several more steps and is more cumbersome.
Paycor is Great for Smaller Businesses: They Treat You With Care and Attention (Unlike Some Other Payroll Companies)
- They handle all of the numbers and tax forms, things that I HATE doing!
- I can run my payroll in less than 5 minutes because their portal puts all of the information at my fingertips.
- I like relying on their professionals to deal with different tax and unemployment offices in different states. They know their stuff.
- Paycor is not the cheapest service out there, but they deliver Cadillac service and performance on a Volkswagen budget.
