I think it is pretty straightforward. It is not a bad thing to say that it is similar to a lot of products in a lot of ways. That's not what this question is asking, though. It's about usability, and I feel that it carries on the easy usability that a lot of other products similar to it have.

Overall the usability is very good. A great deal of the screens are self-explanatory and help guide you though what you need to find. There are some of the layouts that were recently updated and I get a little confused finding the things I need but overall it makes fairly good sense. There are a lot of training topics and tutorials that are useful for personal learning and gaining familiarity with the systems.

As I have mentioned before some features are hard to find. Even on the old site. Navigation on a website is the better when there is more options of tabs or dropdowns to choose from. I find things are hidden and not as easy to access. Although after years of use, I know where to find things now. I would like to suggest doing some work though on the new site timecards.

The ease of use allows me to do other things, operate payroll from other locations and be totally flexible in my position. Due to its ease of use, we have been able to manage payroll from across the globe. I have been in the mountains, on the Great Lakes and in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and I have been able to operate this function of our company.

I was able to experience this software and now know at this point in time how much it has improved my performance and my co-worker's performance. Paycor has been a great aid for a project that just started; while I didn't use the full spectrum of tools that the software offers, I am one hundred percent sure that it will make a positive change in any task force.

Paycor has been widely adopted by HR and all levels of staff to perform reviews, request time off, list a life-change event, adopt or change benefits, and a multitude of other uses. This has been one of the surprising factors of the solution as we always have some late adopters of the technology we implement. This was not one of them.

Extremely user-friendly! I can navigate without having to reference a massive guidebook on a daily or even weekly basis. Employees can even make changes within their profiles without having to ask HR or their managers how to get to a particular area. For us, one of the deciding factors was how easy will employees be able to navigate. Companies always want the most bells and whistles with products. That's great and dandy for HR staff but it does not help to give employees the tools they need to feel that the system is there for them just as it is for the company. Paycor is the perfect balance your company needs. Its simple layout and design allow employees to feel empowered to do tasks on their own, while also robust enough to give HR and payroll the right tools to streamline their jobs so more time can be focused on employee development and recruiting.

I find Paycor easy to navigate and user-friendly. The payroll processing and pay grid navigation I find particularly useful. I think the lack of integration between time and performance and some of the delays in file feeds make it more difficult to manage and require a lot of back and forth between different areas of the website.
