I have not seen any of the above items in Paylocity as of yet so I guess I would like to experience all of the above again to see how to make this a more robust product for my employer and employees. Things should be easy not harder and I believe we all need to move to a more online platform for our needs but I again I want to know all available modules to make this work better for our business needs.

It has increased employee engagement. This tool has helped employees and management share notes and recognition with and from each other. This has helped the organization receive higher customer approval ratings and reduce customer service cancelations. It has also increased customer retention, resulting in higher revenue.

Our team likes the Impressions tool. They feel they have a platform for communication. We often use the Events portion to track training. Again, everyone can have access when necessary. They have a voice while performing self-evaluations, and they can look back at their performance over time.

We haven't used the survey or video tool yet. We are excited to use surveys, but we have no idea what Premium Video is used for or its real purpose. It was never explained to us. Same with the recognition/impressions feature. It was never explained to us, but it isn't very customizable. The community has been an excellent way to improve connections as we grow larger. However, it's a big issue that we can't customize notifications for it. It's a significant change for our employees because they've never had anything like it, so how can we improve engagement if employees don't even check it or use it? The groups are helpful, though.

We've really loved using the Community, Peer recognition and Surveys...The Premium video is also great, as we use it for trainings and even for our company podcast. These features have significantly improved our employee engagement and allow for us to easily communicate across the company. We've even adopted a quarterly impressions program.

Our employees enjoy using the Community page for birthdays and anniversaries well wishes. Plus management can keep all employees informed of new policies, calendar changes, or weather related events through the community page. I haven't heard from the employees regarding the surveys or premium videos so I can't really comment on those.

The community chat, impressions, surveys, etc. are great features to have as it allows for more system utilization and ease of use for employees. It also creates a synergy amongst peers when recognition is given. We are still working on getting out a survey and how to share this information in the near future.
