Highly Recommended
I needed a POS solution that would integrate with our Big Commerce eCommerce platform to make my life easier as far as managing inventory that I sell both in-store and online. I also did not want to spend a lot on this solution since in-store sales are not as strong as they used to be.

I use it for both payment from a vendor where I perform and also to sell merchandise to customers. It's been wonderful to be able to offer a way for a customer to pay me without cash. Also, for businesses that hire me, they can pay with a credit card versus going through a lengthy process of invoicing, then sending a check and more. It has saved me time and has saved them time as well. It's easy to access on my phone so I don't even need the card reader anymore. I'm so glad that I have this option as it has increased sales for me.

I use the PayPal Zettle card reader and related plugin for website CMS (Wordpress + WooCommerce). The card reader can accept credit and debit cards of major payment systems. By themselves, card readers have very similar functionality and capabilities. PayPal Zettle is one of the few solutions that allows you to manage a single inventory across platforms. By integrating PayPal Zettle with your website, product data and inventories are synced automatically.

Use zettle for your business!
I use this product to complete the purchase of my products i have a coffe shop and zettle let us generate more purchases because other business lose clients because they don't accept card payement.

PayPal Zettle is a nice point of service app that comes with all tools we need to efficiently process payments whenever and wherever. It also makes it super easy to process returns and look of receipts when necessary. Being under the PayPal name brand is helpful and reassuring as well while dealing with secure financial information.

Portable and Reliable
We use PayPal Zettle as a means to process credit card payments for our small newspaper. We tend to run through about two transactions per day. The combination of a card reader and an app makes it much easier and less stressful to be able to process payments. Some of our payments range from under $10 to over $1,000. Having one consolidated system that feeds into our existing PayPal account is crucial.

As Cash Disappears, PayPal offers a solid option
We are a non-profit organization that hosts fundraisers off-site multiple times per year. Every year, fewer and fewer people carry cash and we needed a solution to encourage folks to still purchase items from the gift shop as well as easily donate. This was one of the solutions we tried and it worked for most of our situations.
- Can be a quick way to pay with a credit card.
- Is easy to use.
- It is a brand name that the general public recognizes and at least mostly trusts.
- Missing functionality: It doesn't work well when the cell signal is low, like in a large metal building. We really struggle with slow loading or transactions refusing to go through.
- Ideally, we'd want an offline version, but obviously, that's not really possible. If it could function with a lower signal though, that would be a major improvement.

Perfect hardware for NFC reading.
In our company, it is very common for clients to make payments with their credit or debit card, because sometimes, clients need to pay some amount of the rent of the property that we have given them, or they must pay some extra commission for the repair of the property. For us, PayPal Here has been a significantly good solution, since it allows us to use our mobile phone as a POS system, without having to buy a POS and carry out a long banking process to register that POS. Currently, we use PayPal Here in all sectors of our company, since this has helped us that customers can make all kinds of payments just by providing us with their credit or debit card, just simply place that card in the PayPal POS system Here and I will automatically receive the transaction of receiving the money in my PayPal account. It is a very good option for my clients to make instant payments without the need to make bank transfers or make use of a check, the PayPal Here hardware is very fast, fluid and allows us to carry out transactions like POS in a matter of seconds.

- The PayPal Here hardware connection is very effective, my mobile device recognizes it immediately and the PayPal Here application to receive payments also recognizes it immediately. I don't have to wait a long time like some other POS.
- Transactions are made instantly, you just have to pass the NFC chip inside the PayPal Here system, and in a second the transaction will be carried out and it will be shown in the history of the PayPal account registered in the POS.
- It is very easy to provide a receipt to the customer when they use their card within our PayPal Here POS system, as it allows us to digitally send a ticket to the customer and also allows us to send the invoice by email.
- Payments received through the POS are reflected in the PayPal account associated with the PayPal Here system. In our case, we have associated our Business PayPal account, however, the payments appear as frozen for 48 hours. They are received in the PayPal account immediately but remain frozen during that time.
- The PayPal Here application is quite simple, it has a simple design and the PayPal Here functions include a system where you can see the payment history, you can send the receipt of each transaction and you can also configure the POS system, without However, I think they should add more features to better integrate with my PayPal account.

Happy PayPal Here Customer
We use PayPal Here to instantly and easily collect donations by credit card from our supporters. We have found PayPal Here very useful at our fundraising events and other community events where people may want to make a donation with a credit card. We have also used PayPal Here to sell raffle tickets and auction items.
- PayPal is a trusted brand so people are comfortable using PayPal Here to make donations.
- The PayPal Here app is very easy to navigate.
- The PayPal Here card reader works very well and is small, which makes it convenient to use on the go.
- The receipt that people receive for a donation made through PayPal Here isn't easily edited/adjusted. I would like to add our branding and specific text to it.

I'm glad PayPal is here!
Paypal Here is super useful for a solo business owner like myself. I have the Bluetooth device that connects very easily to my Stylo 4 and Galaxy s8+ business phones. It has both the chip and card reader so I can take payments during consultations with ease. Everything else is handled through the app which pretty much acts like the normal PayPal app. Money is available fairly quickly after the transaction is complete.

- Funds available quickly.
- Multiple integrations.
- Improved battery capacity with each new release.
- More integrations for the PayPal app.

PayPal Here Facilitates Manual Credit Card Transactions
We manage multiple online stores, allow customers to place orders over the phone, and sell both physical goods and information products in person at conferences and other events. We also manage a nonprofit organization that accepts charitable contributions online or in person. The PayPal Here app and card reader facilitate manual entry of orders or donations and credit card processing in person.
- PayPal Here makes it simple to manually process credit card transactions.

Fast, Easy, & Convenient
Paypal Here is used as part of our fundraising operations at events and meet and greets. It allows us to seamlessly take donations from individuals that would like to contribute to our campaign. It is used at nearly every event where there is a potential for people to make donations.
- It is incredibly easy to accept donations via card for our organization. It usually takes 3 minutes or less.
- It allows for easy collection of information we must report for campaign finance reporting and compliance.
- It is exceptionally easy if the donor already has a PayPal account. Donations are collected in record time without the need to collect any additional information except the donor's employer and occupation. The other information needed is already stored in their account.
- Usually, if there is any delay in donation processing it has to do with the speed at which a credit transaction is processed, but I know part of that is the strength of the internet connection.
- While it is user-friendly, it does require some training for people that have never used it before to ensure donations are processed correctly. It usually takes a few uses before newer employees feel comfortable using it with confidence.
We use PayPal Here in order to take customer credit card payments on site for our service business. PayPal Here is used across our whole organization. Since our business is not one that takes place in in office, we need to be able to take credit card payments wherever we are. This is where PayPal Here comes in handy.
- The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive.
- The free card reader is invaluable to businesses that choose not to invest in more expensive options. The cost for entry is not a roadblock to accepting payments.
- The PayPal here app is compatible with different operating systems, so it doesn't matter if you have an iPhone or an Android.
- While swiped payments are easy, manual entry of payment information often fails. This is a major roadblock when you are in the service industry because not everyone who is making payment is on site.
- In almost every instance of accepting a payment, we have to call in and reverify every piece of information about our business before we are successful.
- Whatever system they use to determine how high risk your business is can limit your usage if they get it wrong.
- Customer service is inconsistent at best. Sometimes issues are handled quickly and easily, other time you have to jump through hoops.

PayPal Here Has Opened Up Our Retail Experience
Our company specifically uses Paypal Here when we have offsite events where we also want to set up a quick retail experience. Previously we had a very messy system of trying to accept payment while at these events, but Paypal Here has solved exactly the problem we were facing. We are able to provide a great retail experience for our customers no matter where we are.
- Our customers can check out no matter where we are.
- It is incredibly easy to use. Training new retail employees and volunteers takes almost no time.
- When we were shopping around for solutions, Paypal Here was very cost effective.
- Implementation with our current systems went very smoothly. The Paypal support team was great.
- There are times where we have connectivity issues. I am not sure this falls directly on Paypal, but some sort of solution for times when there is poor cellular or internet coverage would be nice.
- We really haven't had too many issues with the actual product. It does exactly what we were looking for.

Fast, easy and useful!
Our organization is using PayPal Here almost everywhere. Our stores can carry these around connected with their iPhones and check people out anywhere. Corporate offices can use it also for when they have people come in to view our retail items that we have on showcase. One problem it addresses is long lines. Lines at the front of the store are shorter now and everyone loves that. Customers can checkout anywhere in the store.
- On the go - can bring anywhere and still swipe peoples card.
- Easy to use - plug it in the phone and swipe away.
- Fees are cheap. You won't lose out on money by using PayPal here.
- No offline mode. You have to have service to swipe someone's card.
- Customer support could be better at times.
- And then there are fees if they are not using US cards. Which is not that big of a deal because it only happens every once in a while.
I use PayPal Here for our merchant services. We use it for several things. We use it to request money from clients. We use it to send money to Virtual Assistants overseas. We use it to pay for monthly tools and subscriptions. We use it to set up recurring billing with clients as well. We have also used it on occasion to take a credit card on the spot at an event.
