We use it across the board. The program has saved time, provides on-line reporting for both management and employees.

Of my 30 years experience from ADP to off the shelf payroll packages, Paypro is second to none. They acknowledge when they do not have an answer and quickly provide the follow up with who provided and what the answer is.

A few with limited IT knowledge and experience to very experienced staff members. Individuals with limited knowledge can navigate to complete time management tasks fairly easily within the system. These individuals are the ones who have saved the most time by our change and upgrades to Paypro.

Not sure the statement is worded correctly. Did we have and organizational change - yes. Was it significant - yes, previously managers were completing timekeeping by hand and the payroll person was completing all edits, requests and HR issues.
