PDFfiller allows me to upload many documents into a single downloadable file. I manage many accounts for our platform and during the onboarding process, there are a lot of digital files that need to be edited, signed, and returned regularly. It allows me to focus more on customer relationships and successful implementations, than on struggling to keep the paperwork in order.
  • Upload multiple files
  • Combine Files into a single downloadable file
  • Edits to PDFs and other Docs are simple and effective
  • Stores multiple files for a quick history reference
  • UI is clean and easy to use
  • Allow for multiple users to easily sign in to a single account
  • Better quality digital signatures
  • Customize your own dashboard
Anytime I have multiple files I need to edit, sign and return, I use PDFfiller. It saves so much time and effort and the files always look clean. I highly recommend PDFfiller for any business that manages its reports, contracts, agreements, NDAs, HR paperwork, and any other documents that require text entered. It's a great tool that I use every day.
  • We were able to get a signed agreement for a client that turned into $36,000/yr client
  • Edited a customization Doc and returned to the client with a signature for a $10,000 UI Customization
  • Had two clients sign with us in less than a week that resulted in landing a total of $85,000/yr.
The UI is simple and clean. My elementary school-aged children know how to navigate it without my help. If you have low-level, mid-level, or even C-level employees that are managing documents regularly, it would be foolish not to use PDFfiller to assist your organization clean up data entry. The system basically holds your hand until you can do it on your own. Easily within an hour, any employee could pick it up with no problem.
You get to speak to a real person. I have only needed to use this service one time in 5 years and my problem was fixed within a few minutes. They really go above and beyond to support their users and it is a breath of fresh air in the software space.
DocuSign is very limited in my opinion. The software itself is also very clunky and skips around too much for my brain to handle. The UI is also confusing and looks sort of pieced together.

We handle all customer agreements and NDAs. As well as the implementation of our software for Licensed Cannabis Cultivators in the US.

I myself handle all of the PDFfiller support. It is a very easy tool so there's not much I have to do in the role of supporting the usability of the product itself.
  • Quickly Editing and filling out PDF docs
  • Entering Patient information for businesses providing care
  • Combining multiple files into a single document
  • Quickly get agreements edited and signed/returned
  • Combine multiple files for patients very quickly
  • Speeding up our onboarding processes
  • Act as the single source for document data entry
  • Provide as an add-on/embedded hyperlink within our platform for our clients
  • Act as a single repository for all of our signed agreements/contracts and NDAs
I will always be a faithful PDFfiller customer. The product has saved me a lot of time over the years and I find a great deal of value in the platform. If I move on to another company someday, PDFfiller will be going with me wherever I go.
Yes
DocuSign. It was a simple decision as DocuSign is just a very clunky system to use. PDFfiller changed the game for me personally and I'll never look back.

I hadn't heard of PDFfiller before my trial years ago, but once I started using it regularly, I quickly decided that I needed it as a paying customer. It opened up more features and data storage for me that was a simple fix to a big problem I had at the time. I'm glad I found it and so are my customers!
Would've never started using DocuSign to begin with! Wish I would've found PDFfiller 10 years ago!
When I was hired on by my current company I was already a paying customer, so I just brought it with me. Once I showed our President/Founder how simple it was to use for our contracts, agreements, and NDAs, it has been a staple in our company ever since. That was almost 3 years ago. We've closed quicker because of the speed at which we can turn signed docs around.

Change management was minimal
Not an issue at all really. Just in the beginning getting my boss to remember to use PDFfiller instead of DocuSign was the biggest hurdle. But he caught on very quickly and we've been using PDFfiller ever since.
  • Getting my boss to remember to sign in to PDFfiller
  • Reminding my boss to cancel the DocuSign subscription
  • Resetting my boss' password for him because he never saves or remembers them
No. I haven't had any major issues in over 5 years of using the product regularly. I honestly haven't needed it. The product works great and really is in a class all it's own.
No
It was a while ago now. I believe it was an issue with my password or my username, but the situation was handled VERY quickly. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes if I remember correctly. The customer support agent was super sharp, and friendly and I was back to using it in no time at all.
  • Multiple Document Upload
  • Merging Multiple Documents
  • Renaming Documents
  • Auto-populated Date Drag and Drop
  • Textboxes sometimes are a little tricky to get perfect
  • Tabbing over to the next Line or Textbox in a Doc sometimes doesn't work right away
  • The Auto-populated Signature visually could look better
Yes, but I don't use it

PDFfiller helps solve many of our issues we have when dealing with contract signing between employees, representatives and dealers in other states. It makes it easy to validate signatures and edit contracts to fit the demographic we are dealing with. It has been a great asset for our company and at a great price.
  • Makes contracts easy to share
  • Getting signatures
  • Verifying Signatures
  • Editing Contracts
  • It is a little hard to export to some different formats
We have a store in a different state and need a signature, we can revise our contract to reflect the changes for that particular state and have the signature verified by PDFfiller and sent back to us. It makes the process seamless, without having to fax or email documents and print off and send back, this is much more efficient.
  • Built in esignature integration
  • ROI
  • Effecient
  • Easy to use
It is super easy to use, I did not need training until you get into mush more complicated areas, but for most things, it is very user friendly and gives you a lot of online guidance and help.
If you need help, you can easily search for it and find online tutorials that walk you through how to do specific things step by step. You do not have to read a 20 page manual or sit for a 10 hour training session, it is refreshing that you can take it at your own pace and learn things as you need to.
PDFfiller is much less expensive than DocuSign and you will get more for your money. DocuSign charges a ton of money for their product. PDFfiller can do basically the same thing.
