I use it to create and modify PDF documents. I like the highlighting, erase and adding text functions particularly. I use this mostly in regard to marketing to insurance agents.

Being in Real Estate I need to sign documents all the time. I can't always be by my computer. It's nice to be able to use your phone to sign documents. I don't have to be tied to a computer. I like the price. Adobe products are expensive and have a subscription. I don't need that. PDF Filler does what I need it to seamlessly and for a very reasonable price.

I use PDFfiller to search for different standard operating procedures in the trucking industry, such as OSHA forms. I also use it to fill out applications for permits and then update them, so I do not have to fill them out every time they need submitted. I have also used PDF forms while doing inspections of facilities and checking the list off on PDF as I complete them. This makes it very convenient as I am able to save them as a pdf and save them to my computer.

We need clients to fill out documents for transport. We used to send them and they hope they had a program to edit or add. We tried a few options but never worked right.. We also had a problem with people overseas not being able to open up the attached files... Nightmare...

I use PDF filler to create leases, update tenant information with HOA, tax forms, and all other forms related to managing 18 properties. We use PDFfiller daily to fill and sign documents, it looks more professional and helps to avoid having to print/scan. We have not tried the notarize feature yet but look forward to trying it once we require a document notarized. It is nice to have a software that has all of these features in one and I also like how it is consistently adding new features.

I work with many students from colleges and universities on internships and routinely sign student placement agreements and evaluations.
