I haven't really used the customer support very much but they were helpful when we had a question about billing.

I haven't had to dig into big support needs since the receiving side of me has come to understand that most of my Professional Partners have it all in place and I check off and make note changes and sign off in a very uncomplicated manner . But visibility if you end up "lost" you do have a multitude of resources to take you through different steps or guide you to the settings needed to complete your task.

If give it a 10 because I didnt even ever need to contact support for any issues.

Great customer support

I've never had any issues where I didn't to talk to customer service other than one billing issue (the credit card on our file expired before our renewal). Updating this with their team was so quick and easy.

I have been trying to contact someone for six months for an answer to the question about cost for HIPPA Features.

You get to speak to a real person. I have only needed to use this service one time in 5 years and my problem was fixed within a few minutes. They really go above and beyond to support their users and it is a breath of fresh air in the software space.

If you need help, you can easily search for it and find online tutorials that walk you through how to do specific things step by step. You do not have to read a 20 page manual or sit for a 10 hour training session, it is refreshing that you can take it at your own pace and learn things as you need to.

I have not had to contact support. I gave it a high rating, so my non-use of this service would not drag this rating down. I am assuming that their support team would be great, easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, accurate, and prompt with assistance with their product. Should I have experience in the future in this area, I would be happy to re-evaluate this portion of the review.
