My best decision to change software so far! PeopleFluent is a tool with great people + software.
- There is a lot of opportunities to leverage the tool. Although we initially planned to use it for only salary and bonus, we are always finding ways to utilize it more.

PeopleFluent and our company
- I do believe that goal setting and the workflow of following up, going through the process yearly is as good as you make it. If you set good goals, or help your team make good goals then the experience can go well. Otherwise it's just another thing that an employee is doing to make their manager happy.
- I am not sure the cost of the product, but if it is really expensive I am not sure that we are getting fully what we should be for what the product offers. Make sure you are using what is offered.

PeopleFluent - a vendor user perspective
- From a vendor use perspective, PeopleFluent is a mid-tier choice, and I can't really comment on ROI.
PeopleFluent - Speaking the language of talent management
- PeopleFluent has allowed our recruitment process to be housed in one area which has limited the amount of time spent on unnecessary recruiting efforts.
- PeopleFluent has a cloning option which is a great tool to have and use. It allows for quick creation of new requisitions if they are similar to one that's already been built and posted.
- We still use a separate onboarding tool, which is useful to us, but I would like to see a greater return on investment if we could combine them.
Good tool, would recommend
- Helped organize candidate flow from several different sources.
- Able to submit candidates quickly. It does not require a lot of information.
Saavy and evloving product
- I've definitely seen an increase in efficiency considering that we've transitioned from a completely manual process. All applications are now done online which makes it easy to monitor candidate flow.

- Fortunately, we haven't had to invest in this tool, the client is the owner of the tool so as far as ROI, I would have to imagine that it is paying off for them.
- In regards to employee efficiency, PeopleFluent is very efficient, everything can be seen and done in real time which is an added benefit.

- We have been able to bring 8,000+ Store Managers into the system for Performance evaluations. Before this system we were forced to use Excel spreadsheets and manual imports for all Store Managers. This product has vastly improved our Team Member engagement within the field population. It has also streamlined our evaluation process allowing our District Managers more time to manage their stores.
