PerformYard is used to create our yearly reviews. This includes our goals and thoughts throughout the year. It is extremely helpful in keeping track of what I need to get done throughout the year. I also like that I can look back at the previous year(s) to be reminded of what I was rated on and how i did.

  • I don't like the percentage portion of the goals. It took me a while to understand how to navigate that part of PerformYard
PerformYard is wonderful for keeping tabs on your goals throughout the year. You can set up daily, weekly or monthly reminders to take a look at your goals. Emails for documents that need your attention are also distributed in a timely manner. It's very easy to use, aside from the percentage portion of the goals. That is my only dislike of PerformYard.

Every branch of our organization uses PerformYard. Finance, Admin, Human Resources and floor staff. It is primarily used for our annual job reviews and to communicate with our managers. Our organization uses Performyard for setting up goals and tasks for us and to keep track of them throughout the year. It is excellent!
We do not have anyone in house to help support us with Performyard.

It has been excellent among the employees. It is a great way to keep up with the tasks and goals throughout the year. Manager/employee communication can increase with this program. It is very easy to use and understand. Navigation can be a bit tricky but the overall ease of going through it is splendid.

Our Human Resources department handled the implementation of PerformYard and they did a fantastic job. A tutorial was sent out via email to all employees with a requirement of viewing it. In additionto that, a ZOOM session was scheduled so that any questions or concerns could be answered after viewing the tutorial.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled
The implementation of PerformYard was successful within our organization due to the wonderful attention we received from our Human Resources department that helped with the entire process. Change is not always easy or welcomed but our Admin team made it virtually painless. It wasn't sprung on us a week before, it was brought up in plenty of time with assurances of easy transition.

Training for PerformYard was fantastic and very easy to understand! I highly recommend this product to any company. It is super helpful for communicating with staff, for keeping track of your goals, tasks and reviews for the current (or past) year. Definitely get online training for implementation.
