I use Phonexa to track, monitor, and measure the performance of campaigns. The system is so easy to navigate and there are a lot of features that I can customize based on my needs. There's so much that you can do with this platform and it gives me the ability to dive in and get more in-depth analysis. There are many various features to explore so it will take time a bit of time to fully learn the platform. Every department can customize the reports to analyze whatever matter they are currently working on.
  • Custom reports and extensive analytical tools.
  • Exportable data.
  • Detailed campaign creation capabilities with various options to implement.
  • All the features available may be overwhelming, so you will need time to learn the whole platform.
This is an all-inclusive lead management system and has the features to satisfy a multitude of businesses. The system helps spot data trends within minutes and gives managers and business owners the best analytical tools I've ever seen to date. It's best if you're looking to find ways to optimize and explore opportunities. It's also easily integrated and there's always a support team that's readily available to help you.

This product is being used across the organization and has easy and efficient capabilities, making your job much better. Its reporting feature is a favorite to use and allows you to have different views dependent on what you're looking for. For any issues that may come up, they have quick troubleshooting options with easy-to-use ticket creators that have a fast turnaround.
  • Trouble shoots any technical issues that you may come in contact with.
  • Has made it user friendly for even those who are not too computer savvy.
  • Reporting feature has multiple view options dependent on what you're looking for.
  • Faster response times using the system when doing multiple things at one time.
  • So many features are available on this platform that it may take a little time to learn everything.
Great when hiring new employees and you need to train them. Easy and fast to click through reporting and other features. There are also explanations or details to understand certain functions, available by hovering over the item.

Phonexa is currently being used across the whole organization. It is a great platform that helps us as a business optimize on the lead traffic that we have coming through our system. The detailed analytical reporting helps us understand how are clients are performing up to the minute.
