Cons

  • Staring up is a bit confusing. It's tricky to understand how things are connected and where to go to make system changes
  • Some functionality is scatter in different areas. You need to remember in what area things are to make changes
  • Some functionality changes can only be done by Picturepark which means you have to wait for them to make changes.

Return on Investment

  • It's been very easy to onboard new users. Switching from an older version to the latest version feels like a brand new experience. Training and getting users moving in the new system has been very easy.
  • Updating to the new system makes it easier to understand how the content should be used.
  • the collections function is very easy to use and allows users to share content with others in an easy gui overview.
