Pipedrive has an excellent UI, email tracking features, and the ability to display contact information and notes about each individual. It allows us to integrate other systems with a high degree of automation, which is crucial to our workflow. Easy to pick up and use, with seamless integration into Gmail and Outlook, Pipedrive is a great CRM option. Compared to rivals, Pipedrive is simple and has quality features.

We switched from Microsoft Dynamics to Pipedrive because Pipedrive was more cost effective and gave us more control over the custom fields we could make that applied directly to our company. It also was a much easier software to navigate and the sales team was using it a lot faster and utilizing a lot more of the tools it offered compared to what Microsoft Dynamics had.

Pipedrive's integrations are so much better. Pipedrive has a much better user interface, the email tracking functionality is very handy, Pipedrive has a better interface in displaying people's contact details and our notes on them, and most importantly, Pipedrive allows us to run automations that are super important for us as we use them for both, our Slack channels to do, e.g. announcements on project progress and also for our internal tools like search tools and client interface tracking tools.

It is easier to use and more specific. I think HubSpot has a lot and can be overwhelming or confusing at the start. It is cheaper, and the automation is easier to configure. I think it is a better option to start with Pipedrive software. Try it and check for yourself.

Pipedrive makes sure no leads slip through the cracks
I really like Pipedrive for a small business or a Salesforce with a lot of newer reps. It's so simple to see at a glance what is needed for follow up of all top leads, and all leads in general. Reps won't forget the next steps because of the reminders, and it's very easy to add leads and update them. Getting reps trained and up to speed in a sales organization can be time-consuming and Pipedrive won't take nearly as much handholding as some of the other CRM's we've used and seen. It's also relatively inexpensive. That being said the reporting and customer service is not as strong as some of the others but both are outweighed by the ease of use and ability to quickly see what the next steps are for all leads.

Pipedrive is great!
I much prefer the interface of Pipedive when compared to Zoho. Much more user friendly and the team is always readily available when we need them. Pipedrive allowed for many custom integrations to be added, as Zoho was a tad more complicated to manipulate. We would not go back to Zoho in any case.

Affordable, easy to use, worth your money
Pipedrive is less complex and far more affordable. It is missing some of the marketing tools (email marketing, adspend tracking, etc.) But for a small team this tool is far superior. It cuts out the fluff and focuses on helping you manage a pipeline. And the cost is a million times better!

The difference between this CMR software and similar ones is that Pipedrive is much more complete in terms of features that can be exercised in different job roles such as consulting, human resources management and marketing.

Pipedriving to Success
Pipeline Deals - prior to Pipedrive we tested Pipeline Deals. these two products are similar as in they are made for small/mid-sized businesses. We felt that Pipedrive was more intuitive and easier for our companies needs. The deal tracking was a real decision-maker for us. They also had much better support and training videos.
Salesforce - Salesforce was just way too complicated and EXPENSIVE for our needs. They are obviously just interested in enterprise business.

Easy to use, but not as customizable as it should be
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
Pipedrive is much more intuitive, fast, easy to understand and to keep tracking, BUT, it's not as customizable, as good for marketing automation, it doesn't use AI. Salesforce was the most customizable CRM I ever used, that was amazing, we could adapt to every business, but the problem is that the interface is not user friendly at all, very complex.

There are much better alternatives.
I'm a huge fan of HubSpot. It is more aligned with how most salespeople work than any other CRM out there. It's modern enough that you don't have to spend hours trying to figure out how to do things. While they continue to raise the price, it is still a great value.

Best option for overviewing the sales funnel on the market!
In general, there weren't significant differences between the products we've been using. One of the other best choices we found was on monday.com. The feature that made us go with Pipedrive instead was the possibility to overview all our data and projects in a single hub in which we can view the whole picture or focus in specific timelines, tasks, etcetera.

A simple, clean, and effective CRM tool

Pipedrive stands ahead of SugarCRM in its ease of use, its simplicity and zero overhead information that is not needed in order to manage your leads. Pipedrive is our preferred tool since it has everything you would really need is a pretty simple, clean, and easy to use and implement interface for our people. We have what we need and nothing more, this helps our people to only focus and learn the tools that they would really use and avoid wasting time or be confused with other information and buttons on the screen that they will not use.

Driving Pipedrive
Pipedrive was being used by a sister company and recommended. Not sure how a one on one trial would go. I like Outlook for email and Pipedrive is weak when synching with Outlook

Lightweight and powerful. Easy to adopt!
Pipedrive is extremely lightweight, but extremely powerful as you get deeper into it. My 61 year old father will use it, when he won't even use email on desktop. Pipedrive is inexpensive and easy to adopt. It's also easy to adapt, adding custom fields, deal stages, and other means of tailoring to your business. I have set it up for multiple different business types, from lower touch sales to extremely high touch, big ticket deals. Very powerful app!

Pipedrive, a great and simple CRM.
Pipedrive is extremely simple with the pipeline management, but more time-consuming than necessary for even simpler tasks like browsing through contacts or organizations, and especially making changes to those contacts or organizations. If they were able to make it so that you could accomplish the same work with less clicks and screens, that would be great. It also doesn't have as many integrations with other platforms as we'd like, especially email marketing platforms and web form platforms.

Pipedrive is a solid starter CRM
Pipedrive is nowhere near as capable as Salesforce, but it's also much easier to manage. I think of Pipedrive as a simple version CRM that is good for managing inbound lead's interests in an organized way. When you have a larger sales structure with different components and teams it may not have the capabilities you need.

Perfect step between Excel and Salesforce

Pipedrive was the best option for our company because the price is right for a small company! Before Pipedrive, we were just tracking sales in excel spreadsheets, and Pipedrive I believe is the next best step if you want to graduate from spreadsheets, but not take your company all the way to using Salesforce.

Suitable for small teams with low budget.
Pipedrive is an alternative to Salesforce. However, Salesforce is a much more sophisticated platform containing support and marketing features as well. Pipedrive is suitable for small teams and operations that are not necessarily needing built-in contracting, marketing, or support tools.

THE ONLY sales CRM you should use!
Pipe Drive is THE ONLY sales CRM that any sales professional should use. I think that other CRMs are better for other tasks but for sales, Pipedrive is KEY! Pipedrive makes it very easy for a salesperson to keep up to date and add and remove records very quickly and allows to see a clear view of your pipeline whereas other CRMs are not suited for this.
