Having worked with other ATS and sales tools in the past, Pipedrive has compared to them an outstanding performance: it almost never crashes, it has very few glitches and bugs, and it allows for many integrations as well as automation, which makes us work so much more efficient and thus stem so much more workload!

I think the usability and UX experience is excellent, and even if you have no experience with CRM software, you can learn and start with this great tool and all its tutorials. I think it is a great offer on the market, and if you're small, they have one free plan option.

It does not give accurate results as data feed by the team can be manipulated and there isn't any check system Also, Its time taking, the team does not show much interest to fill that. It just burdens them.

Pipedrive is not complex at all, our sales team finds it simple and easy to use, appreciating the fact that we have all the updates on the CRM about the daily tasks done by our sales team for each contact. It has improved the productivity of our sales team. Simply superb.

It has quite a few features that are are buried in the setting section, but that is largely to its advantage and helps customize the experience. There is a limit to its functionality with regards to custom fields--they need to be added from a company level and cannot be added from a pipeline level, which is a shame.

New users have typically become accustomed to Pipedrives features within the first few hours of use. It is simple, yet powerful, and allows for users to correct any mistakes they may have entered instantly without impacting anything. It is a great tool for people new to CRM's as well as regular users.

It really is simple to use and affordable. There is definitely room for improvement but they are constantly innovating. I can't ding them for not having certain features because it is clear they are constantly trying to add the next best thing. And they make mobile and desktop so easy to navigate.

There is a learning curve that caused a slow adoption but overall the UI looks great and the support is helpful when there is an issue that you need to be addressed. The marketplace integrations (developed by Pipedrive) could definitely use some work as they're not as seamless as we'd hoped for!

I give it an 8 because:

  1. It has really improved over the years and focused on the SMB marketplace. It was a very basic platform 10 years ago and I can see they listed to user feedback.
  2. I have always thought their lead tracking was one of the best. I have always loved using kanban boards for different tasks as visually it is just simple to understand.
  3. I do think sometimes it can seem a bit overwhelming with all of their features, but a good onboarding process helps this, and having a great support team helps get through all of the features to understand if they are needed or not for your company.

As the first Pipedrive user in the company, my task was to understand the use of the platform and configure it, for me it was very easy to enroll in the platform. With the system ready, it was time to train all the users and it was very easy for them to understand it since it is as easy as using a social network.
