Pipedrive has an excellent support team that is quick to respond and always knows how to fix things whenever they pop up. Always courteous and helpful, they make working with them accessible, and Pipedrive agents usually work hard to understand and resolve issues.

Pipedrive is an outstanding tool for sales driven organizations with a high volume of projects and deals to process

I used Pipedrive's support on several occasions, and the team has been quick to answer. Most agents at Pipedrive also really put in the effort to understand the issue and to try to fix it. At times I even had agents who checked in a couple of days later asking me if my issue persists - well-done team!

I haven't used their support much so I am not entirely sure. But the few times I have the response has been quick and accurate. However I do feel there would be a lot to gain if they had a university for training or something like that to keep me utilizing the system to it's max abilities.

Great, functional CRM at a reasonable price

The support appears to be U.S. based, or at the very least communicates very well, and has a tight process in their support ticketing system. They tend to end the day a bit early from my recollection, but will respond with a comprehensive email response within a few hours. The chat option is great as well.
