Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Pipefy as a place to store information on multiple things. We use it for our sales pipe, onboarding process, account additions, marketing strategy, and more. It's a central hub that we have connected to our support platform and newsletter platform, so everything is connected. It addresses the way we organize our processes and makes sure we stay on top of things every step of the way. We've been able to stay on track better, follow up with potential customers, make sure we hit every stop of the onboarding process, and have a place where everyone can see where you are at in the process.
