We use Pipefy as a place to store information on multiple things. We use it for our sales pipe, onboarding process, account additions, marketing strategy, and more. It's a central hub that we have connected to our support platform and newsletter platform, so everything is connected. It addresses the way we organize our processes and makes sure we stay on top of things every step of the way. We've been able to stay on track better, follow up with potential customers, make sure we hit every stop of the onboarding process, and have a place where everyone can see where you are at in the process.

Pipefy is very well suited if you have a team doing any sort of process... for real! It simplified everything from our sales and marketing objectives/processes, to our onboarding and accounting side of things. Since you can share different pipes with others, it's easy to see where others are at in the process and move the card along while keeping others informed. It makes sure you don't miss any information or steps along the way, which is great if your process is detail-oriented. It is a little less appropriate for marketing efforts, but we still try to use it to keep track of things in a central space. Definitely best suited for sales, technical things, and accounting.

Pipefy is simple to use and understand, which is a big plus for someone using a lot of different programs for work purposes (like me). It automates my workflows seamlessly and effortlessly. It helps me manage my business, and it is very user-friendly. It's been great using this product.

Pipefy is ideal for managing processes, as its high customization potential allows businesses to fit their process into the software and oversee execution that would normally be dealt with via spreadsheets, various other software, or even paper or messaging. By customizing and adding your process to the tool you ensure execution standards and mitigate errors and overlooking. This is not to be confused with demand management tools such as kanban boards which often offer little to no customization and requisites.

  • Notifying when someone emails us. There used to be a notification of how many people wrote in. With the new update that is no longer and it is really easy to miss notifications
  • they need better communications to customers. One day there was a new update that was so completely different. It messed a lot of things up for us. We've been trying to find another platform to use because of the issues with their notifications.
New updates that we were not aware of really hindered us from doing right by our clients. We now are not notified clearly about notifications that come through which makes it easy to overlook customer reach outs.

We needed a tool to manage the service process and have a register of everything that we did on a daily basis. We came across Pipefy as a possible solution, and at the end of the day, we use it to manage the whole operation and all the back-office information from the platform. We use the product to register every transaction and document each case that we need to provide service and it helps us to keep track of every and each one of them. Our product and process were not only new, but also were expected to change through time, and as it did, we were able to customize it as needed. We could also work incredibly well with interconnection with our website and app, through APIs. So we could automate a very good part of our service process.

  • Dashboards integration is not easy to use.
Pipefy is a very good tool when you're trying to manage internal processes in your company. The best thing is that you can use it for any different kind of process that you'd like. I suggest it to some of our clients in part of the consulting business, as you can manage almost every process from your business, from sales, procurement, operations, etc.

I use Pipefy to manage requests that other teams have for my team. It helps me receive the correct and complete information and also to validate all steps that the request must go through before delivering it back to the team. Pipefy helps me to alert the requester along the way on how it's being developed.

Pipefy is well suited for ticket management and any other process you need to have full control of its customizations. I consider it less appropriate for project management or simple tasks management when you only need a simple kanban board. But if it needs an extra level of setup and automation, Pipefy is the ideal solution.

We used Pipefy to manage Sales Processes, Product development and management, HR requests, and marketing assets requests. The main focus was to get things organized all in one place, with ease of access to everyone, and also, get away with endless chat conversions. Getting everything in the same tool is one of the key benefits.

For Business Process Management where you need to deploy fast and easily, with some sort of personalization, Pipefy is your go-to. For sales, we think that Pipefy misses some key sales tools that other sales-focused platforms have, but it's understandable as it's not the main focus. Automation without coding is also a very positive point for them.

We use Pipefy as project management and agile dev software. We have been using it for around a year and a half. In general, it is an easy-to-use and implement software that has made the process of developing our application easier. It has a few small issues but overall is very good.

  • The reliability of the site also is hit or miss on occasion.
I can't really think of a situation where it wouldn't be appropriate. We have a smaller dev team and it works very well for us but I can see it working well for a much larger organization as well. I think it is customize-able enough almost anyone can make it work.
Pipefy support is pretty good. There were a few instances where the agent didn't really understand what I was trying to get help with, but that was only once. Every other time it has been pretty fast and efficient. They are also very kind and understanding. I don't think they need much help in that dept.

We use Pipefy to track our machine and tooling sales. It is used primarily by the sales department. We needed a way to track a new machine sale and tooling sale other than just a spreadsheet or calendar. I implemented Pipefy as a way for my sales team to know the status of the sale at any time. It allows me to communicate the status and any notes regarding the order to our salesmen. I use the reports to send out to our sales team the status of any issues. It is a great tool to have.

  • I would like to see completed tasks be deleted after a set amount of time.
Pipefy is great for managing tasks and keeping track of items that easily get lost in the shuffle of daily work. You can customize it to your specific needs. It is great for project management, task scheduling. task management and various other things. It is best suited for people who have a heavy workload but want to stay organized.
The support on Pipefy is amazing. There is always someone available to help you. They walk you through each step and really make sure that you are taken care of. They give fantastic advice on how to set up your pipes, automate them and customize them. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Pipefy support.
