We have integrated several systems into AdaptiveWork, SAP, Qorus, Azure Databricks, Sharepoint. This makes it much easier to sync systems and see the details of all the inputs for our projects. However, there is some work to be done to improve the integrations and reduce errors in the handoffs and/or bugs that occur in the systems.

As our team was already using Microsoft Teams for communication via direct messaging - so we decided to integrate that platform with our Planview application and it worked out perfectly as now theres no lag between our instant messaging and managing our multiple projects and team members.
