Planview AdaptiveWork has allowed us to provide more robust and detailed project plans, monitor performance, report progress, and interact w/ our client base.

One example of an improvement to business processes by using Planview AdaptiveWork has been addressing the ever-present problem of a project being hung up by the progress of a single resource. Whether it's a lack of visibility or accountability, waiting on the progress of a certain stage of a project can have a detrimental impact to the overall result and Planview AdaptiveWork is able to help remove this roadblock by providing more visibility to the stage and status of a project than ever. Looking at concepts like dependencies, custom notifications, comprehensive views... Planview AdaptiveWork transcends this sticking point and offers the tools needed to easily be able to understand where a project is and what needs to happen for it to continue.

AdaptiveWork allows us to improve our time to market for new products. Being able to plan new projects in advance and implement them when resources are available is a great asset. Being able to suspend projects at applicable times to shift resources to urgent needs and then pick up again when possible with new predicted timelines helps us react to unforeseen issues such as supply chain disruptions.

AdaptiveWork has made our organization more agile and able to juggle multiple large projects at the same time. It provides an excellent platform for collaboration and transparency across the org

It has given us a greater ability to make data-informed decisions and drive agile workflow.

Planview AdaptiveWork brings visibility to the amount of work that needs to be done, that has been complete, project that are at risk and so much more. I believe we will begin to see the most impact in 2024 as we continue to build out capacity planning, additional reporting and leverage some of the other features and functionality.

We're still in year 1, but Planview AdaptiveWork has helped streamline our PPM lifecycle, especially around project intake and prioritization.

Positive impact

We've been able to deliver better, faster, and cheaper.

The ability to develop pre-built project plan templates that correlate with our standard SOWs has enabled us to streamline our processes, and drive consistency across service engagements. We have even developed templatized billing milestones.

Slide publisher also streamlines things for us. We no longer have to leave our PSA system, and manually create and disseminate project artifacts. This also drives consistency across all service engagements.

We have been able to move from 90% custom SOWs to an ala carte SKU based delivery system. By creating repeatable, scalable and standardized delivery modules, we can create reusable project workflows with the look and feel of a customized project without the overhead of truly customized work.

We are able to streamline workplans and PM's workflows.

We have been able to integrate many disparate processes into our workflow. Many stakeholder areas such as Security, Customer advocy, etc. have internal processes that interact with the project management process. Our configuration allows us to incorporate components of those processes, or controls to ensure those processes are executed.

Provides a platform for our project business processes and we have been able to transform our processes and workflows. It has allowed us to pivot from working in silos and each business unit having separate processes and workflows, and come together as a company around common processes and workflows.

As a small business, the correct use of resources is pertinent to our success by keeping the costs down. So our leaders, directors and managers require a bird's eye view of the resources being allocated in a way that it most efficient. Planview application has given us that tool to be able to view all our resources and ongoing projects in one dashboard.

Planview AdaptiveWork has not impacted my company's ability to improve our business processes and project workflows.
