Since 2014, I have been using Plivo for SMS alerts and VOIP solutions, and the service and support were reliable and helpful.

We are using Plivo for our company and for our clients as a way to track incoming phone calls and messaging. One of the biggest problems our clients shared was they never had stats on how they were being contacted. By using tracking protocols used by Plivo we are able to monitor and get great stats of people contacting us and our clients.

  • Tech support is quick to respond to questions and any issues that arise or help with setup.

If you have a business and a phone you need Plivo so you can track all incoming calls. Using this service allows for you to track an[y] missed calls allowing you the ability to try to call potential customers, clients and see how you can help them with your products and or services.
  • For a nominal monthly investment we have had a 3X ROI.
I sent a question to support via email and within 12 hours heard back in an email. They also provided me a phone number for further help if I could not solve my issue.
They deserve a 10+ rating starting from signing up to implementing their services. I am not the best person to get computer tasks done and this company made it a breeze.
