What is Pobuca?

Pobuca Connect is a cloud app that turns multiple, overlapping and non-connected business contact lists into one unified company address book that’s easy to access from everywhere and ready to share with co-workers or business associates. It also includes the built-in Pobuca Bot, a virtual assistant to help you keep business contacts up to date.

The product

Pobuca Connect is a cloud SaaS available in all platforms desktop, mobile, web & bot (download free for all platforms). It allows teams to share contact lists and access them on any device. Once you update a business contact in your smartphone, you have the option to automatically share it with your team or the whole company. Moreover, Pobuca Bot is a virtual assistant that imports, checks for updates and communicates with contacts using physical language with the user.

Use with Microsoft ecosystem

Integrate with Active Directory (Azure AD) or O365 for user authentication and give easy Pobuca Connect access to all your employees with the same Microsoft credentials they already use. Install Pobuca Connect Outlook add-in or download Windows 10 app and offer users easy access to all organization contacts with just one click.

Pobuca is a great tool that supported us in managing all our contacts in an organized manner (which were messed up earlier). Now we can get the contact of our need anywhere and anytime effortlessly. And it has enabled us to share business contacts with our team members, too. It is a great virtual assistant. Pobuca has made our lives easy, as we don’t need to worry about losing any important contacts and we can get access to our contacts and can share any with any of our team members from almost anywhere without any difficulty.

We use Pobuca as our main database. We migrated all our contacts from Outlook into Pobuca, and are engrossing it as we speak. We have had, however, I do have some issues with it. It freezes quite often and does not have an alphabetical display to go to all the "f"s for instance, so you have to scroll down until you reach the desired letter. Merging contacts is also a bit rudimentary, you have to choose at least 2 contacts to merge, then scroll aaaaall the way up, for the merge button to appear at the very start of the contact list, so this takes quite a bit of time if you have more than a few duplicate contacts, and with the freezing, this takes up a lot of time doing. The rest works fine. The business card scan feature should work better also, some fields are not captured appropriately.
